Gorgeous sunsets on Three Mile Harbor. The harbor beach is down below and very swim friendly. All rooms are waterfront. 3 bedrooms, a study/office (can be converted to a 4th bdr), large basement used as TV/Playroom. Fenced backyard with direct access to the water. Fenced heated pool, wet bar, outdoor shower. Swim, sail, boat, kayak, paddleboard, clam, fish from your yard. Best Hamptons restaurants and farm markets are 5-10 min away.
You may not even want to ever leave the house. In addition to spectacular sunsets, the harbor is a great place to swim or snorkel (water here is always 4-5 degrees warmer than in the ocean and calm), paddle, sail, kayak, clam or fish.
Double kayak, single kayak, dinghy with oars and two paddle boards included. A Sunfish sailboat is available to rent for an additional fee. If you plan to boat, please inquire about our mooring. We are 6 min walk from a small marina where you can also keep your boat if desired. Adjustable basketball hoop, soccer goals, badminton with net are provided as well.
We are at the end of the street so you will never hear car noises. Nor will you hear boats that can only move at high speeds on the opposite side of the harbor. It is truly idyllic and peaceful place where you can spend days without getting into a car. Amagansett, East Hampton Town are 10 min away.
Nick and Tony's, East Hampton Grill, Serafina 5-6 min away. Si Si (sceney/delicious), Rita Cantina (eclectic Mexican fusion), Harbor Bistro or Bostwick on the Harbor (both excellent seafood restaurants with water views) are 2-4 min away. Infamous Swamp Farm is 5 min away. East Hampton Golf Club is 7 min away. Public tennis courts and skateboard park are 6 min away. Over 5 summer camps are 4-25 min away from our house. Jackson Pollock's house and studio is 5 min drive away and open to visitors. The Long House Reserve (public garden that hosts events and classes) is 8 min away.
If you are renting during the week of July 14th-15th, famous Hamptons fireworks will take place on Three Mile Harbor and a perfect day to host a party or enjoy them right from your backyard on your own.
