Stayed here with my family of 7, all ages, and two dogs. Great location, fairly private and very quiet. Close to every place we were going. Plenty of parking. Nicely decorated. Cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. Played many games at the large dining table. Made smores fireside. Great home at reasonable price. Would stay again, recommend.

Thank you so much Michelle for the wonderful feedback! We are thrilled that your family and the pups enjoyed the chalet, the fire pit, and the convenient location. It sounds like you made some great memories around the dining table. You were fantastic guests, and we would love to host you all again the next time you visit New Hampshire!

The Maddens were great host. Very prompt responding to email/messages. As well as sending check-in information. The house was exactly as advertised. Actually, it is even better in person. We all loved it, clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us. We are already planning a return trip next year. Location was great to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had a wonderful stay at Francis’s charming home near Gunstock Mountain. The house is incredibly cute and cozy, with a beautifully functional wood stove that made the atmosphere warm and inviting after a day on the slopes. Its location is perfect—just a short drive to Gunstock Mountain, making it an ideal spot for ski lovers. Plus, there are several great restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this lovely place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area!

I cannot recommend this house enough. We will definitely be going back. The house is cozy and surrounded by trees. It feels like a private getaway but is actually super accessible and a 12 min drive from any store you’d need. The owners were so pleasant and easy to work with. Absolutely a 10/10

Very clean and comfortable! The house has cute NH decor and the beds/sheets/duvet were all soft and luxurious. The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood and the drive way is a great size for our 4 cars we had. The backyard fire pit was great as well.
