Fantastic location, secure building, and great communication. Special shout out to Curtis who was wonderful at check‑in. Since you're basically downtown, it’s not the quietest stay (city sounds, nightlife, neighbors), but the trade‑off is unbeatable access to all the main attractions with lots of great restaurants and bars in a one-block radius.

The condo was great and clean. Owners were responsive to questions and issues. It is in a very walkable location. We walked to the space needle and ferry. We got a lot of noise from the street, especially on Friday night.

Wonderful stay in Seattle! Perfect, centralized location. Parking was a great perk! Pike Market was only a 15 min walk, and seeing other neighboring cities was a short drive away.

Clean and Comfortable

Located downtown in a secure building with secure parking. Very clean and comfortable. Complete kitchen setup with extra bedding and towels Very homey.

Spring Break trip to Seattle

Great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see as a tourist. Condo is on a busy street so lots of traffic noise , and upstairs neighbours are pretty noisy till late so that’s really the only negative. Great stay, would recommend.

Convenient location

A convenient location that is near pike places, Starbucks, and T-Mobile stadium. Night hours can be a little noisy with sirens and you are able to hear people that talk loudly outside. The host is great! They will be in contact with you even before your stay, meet you on the day of check in and show you to your room. Communication via text messaging is quick. I had let them know that I would be arriving early morning and they communicated with me that day if I would be able to check in early (which I was able to).

This was a nice apartment. However having to arrange a meeting time to check in seemed like a job. I was on vacation but felt like I had to get to the apartment at a certain time to get let in and instructions. I would have much rather been in a hotel and arrived whenever I wanted and not worry about someone waiting on me. As it was we got there late and had to pay a 35 extra fee. We were aware of this but still just annoying. Plus having to check out and then run up all the keys and garage opener was a pain with me and my 12 year old…where do we leave the car to run up the stuff? Just a hassle in my opinion. Otherwise the apartment was as described and the owner/host were communicative

A great location close to Pikes Market.

Great check in process with helpful host. Clean, well supplied, property described accurately including a free parking spot. Some street noise at night, but that’s the only negative, and not the home’s issue.

Great location for restaurants, Space Needle, Kracken games.

The management was very easy to work with and responsive. Having someone meet us when we checked in and have them explain parking and how to get around the building complex was helpful. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom worked out really well. The bedroom was small and there was not much space for furniture or suitcases. The bed/couch in the living room was not comfortable for our adult daughter. We ended up putting the quilt under the sheet and that helped. We loved the neighborhood, it was vibrant and felt safe. If you are sensitive to noise this apartment might not work for you. The road noise was pretty loud. Also, we could hear people speaking on the street and sirens. The kitchen worked well for us. We had breakfasts and lunches in the apartment, but went out for dinner. It might not work for someone really wanting to cook a lot as it is small and there are no spices to speak of. The pool, sauna and workout room were a nice addition.

This was a great easy stay in Seattle. Location was great to walk to both ends of the city. Super clean. Owners met us for check in and took care of us.

A great spot in downtown Seattle

I was walking distance from most of the things I visited here and I was always close to bus or light rail. Checking in was super simple with Mike meeting me and letting me know about stuff in the property and offering to give me ideas for things to do while I was in town. Overall really enjoyed my stay.
