This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an open floor plan. Brand new remodel in April 21' and sleeps 5. Modern Rustic interior finishes, within walking distance of Downtown Sheridan, WY. No matter your reason for visiting Sheridan, this is local to all venues. Whether it's the downtown atmosphere, the fairgrounds for the rodeo, the fireworks on the 4th or your hunting cabin for the week, this 5th street home will be comfortable for you and your travelers.

Loved this house and yard, clean and comfortable… however it is one house off a busy stop light at 5th and Main Street… loud truck and motorcycles all night long… thankful for our noise canceling app on phone

In town for the Dead Swede. Perfect VRBO for my family of 4 and our dog. Fenced backyard was great for our dog. Great location with easy access to all Sheridan offers.

Great House

We have stayed in many VRBO’s & this is my favorite. Beautifully renovated, kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfortable. I was concerned about being on a busy street but it was not noisy. Love the proximity to trails & downtown. Will be back on next trip to Sheridan.

Close to everything Sheridan has to offer!

My wife and I travel a fair amount, but I’ve never provided a review about our favorite lodging arrangements. Providing a good review of a great VRBO is a bit like posting the location of your favorite fishing spot – making it difficult to return in the future. But, in this case I’ve made an exception. This property is great. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants and downtown Sheridan. The inside was recently updated and is very comfortable. Property management was very quick to respond to my questions, and they were very accommodating when I requested to say another week. I highly recommend this property. If you’re on the fence – just book it. You won’t be sorry.

We came for Sheridan Wyo Rodeo week as a family. The house was perfect for our family of four. We were able to walk to restaurants and the rodeo parade and pow wow.

Comfortable, stylish and convenient

Although our stay was a short 4 days we really enjoyed staying at this newly remodeled home. No lack for coveniences, a welcome gift sitting in the refrigerator too. Plenty of room and comfort was top notch . I hope a return visit is possible. Thank you Team Tyler

Great Little Property

This property was a wonderful place to stay! As other reviewers have said, the property doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is wonderfully comfortable on the inside. Both checking out & checking in were effortless. The little kitchen was very usable, but if you don't want to cook, the Silver Spur Cafe is across the street & up the alley. The walk to downtown was certainly doable. The street in front of the residence is pretty busy, but we did not find that to be much of a negative. Overall we would rent this property again!

So glad I chose this property!

Updated and modernized, this awesome little house was such a delight. My family didn't think much of it on approach from the outside (and I chuckled a bit to myself because they didn't know anything about the place), but the inside is exactly as stated. Fully updated and modern, very clean and inviting. We had a slight snafoo with the check-in code, but it was very promptly addressed after a quick call. The location is also very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend this property.

New Kid On The Block

Newer listing with all the modern amenities including AC! This was a real creature comfort for us during the high temperatures we experienced. The location is very convenient to park paths, restaurants, shops and all access roads coming into the town. The home is modern with a great open floor plan and all upgraded appliances. The space is very comfortable and we’d definitely book it again. Communication with the host was very cordial and prompt. We give high marks for this newcomer!
