Our renovated, two story home features a lux lounge area, a contemporary kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing a delicious homemade feast, and two cozy bedrooms with queen-size beds and blackout curtains to guarantee a serene stay. We’ve spent almost a year putting together a place we would want to stay. We tooks bits and pieces from our experiences traveling and homes we’ve stayed in and injected it into this vintage home. We’ve sweated the details for your stay so you don’t have to. Additionally, we’re adding a fully fenced yard as of fall 2023 for your furry friend. If you have a very small dog, please note that the dog may be able to slip through the black iron fencing. I have a 11lb miniature poodle that can slip through but just barely. We also recently added blazing fast fiber internet. There is a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and laundry downstairs. Being a older home, the stairs are narrow and a little steeper than new homes. I’ve carried large amounts of materials, furniture and supplies up and down them but it’s worth mentioning they are a little tight and steep. We have two small homes on this plot of land but they are completely separate of one another by a fence and about 20 feet. They only share the land but have separate private entrances and parking. This house has a two private outdoor seating spaces and a small side yard perfect for your pup. A large private driveway big enough for two cars. We live outside of town but work close by. You'll be able to check in and out without us present. You may see us around doing basic exterior maintenance like snow removal or mowing the lawn. Close to the 5th Street exit in Sheridan, our home has easy access to the interstate as well as a short jaunt to main street. The neighborhood has a park within half a block and is a quieter, older part of town. We’re also a short drive from the hockey and ice skating rink. Tons of walking potential and a park almost immediately across the street. We have a long driveway adjacent to the house and ample street parking immediately in front of the home. There is a small house behind this house that we also operate as a vacation rental. It has its own parking, private entrance and is completely separated with a fence from this home. Occasionally our guests at the back house will mistakenly end up at this house because they share a address. The stairs into the basement are narrow and steeper than a new home and something we can not change. Also, being it does have a bedroom in the basement, it will stay cooler in the summer. We do have a $35 pet fee that will automatically be added in when you indicate you’re bringing your furry friend. Our yard is fully fenced but be careful with smaller dogs as they may be able to slip through the railings.
