The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Our apartment is located conveniently in the 12th Arrondissement. Key pickup is 5 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The neighbourhood is lovely and calm; you will find many restaurants, designer studios and art galleries. Do not forget to take a short detour through the market of Aligre, open every day except Mondays! You will find more shops and cafes boasting a dynamic atmosphere, especially in the morning. You can also go to the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk, a small jog, or the bassin of the arsenal, a small marina located in the heart of the capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Faidherbe-Chaligny, is just a 5-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
