Fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom and separate WC. This two-storey apartment has recently been refurbished to be comfortable for your stay here.

Downstairs you'll see the living room and dining room area with a television for your own personal enjoyment. There are convertible sofa beds downstairs for guests to sleep in and a partition to help create privacy for those who do not want to be disturbed.

The double-sized bed has its own separate level, which you can walk up to. All beds have hotel-quality linens for you to get a good night's sleep.

Please note that accessing the mezzanine with a double bed may pose some difficulty, as it is situated at a lower level.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and bathtub. Free soap, shampoo and towels are provided for your own personal use.

Please be aware that the flat is on the 5th floor with no elevator.

The property is on the fifth floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Guests will have access to the entire home.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Once home to many aristocrats that lived in Paris, The Marais is where many of the city’s most historical and culturally significant buildings reside. Spreading across parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of the Right Bank. A simple stroll through Rue des Francs-Bourgeois and Rue des Rosiers can take you back to what pre-reveloutionary Paris felt like.

The nearest Metro stations we recommend to get to our apartment are:

Saint Ambroise (L9)
Richard Lenoir (L5)

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please be advised that the delivery of the keys will be executed according to a specific timetable.

There's no air conditioner but fans are available during summertime.
