Red Desert's Miners Cabin, close to Arches & Canyonlands national parks
Our 5 Miners Cabins are all about 400 sq ft cabins and provides panoramic views of the Moab Rim, Spanish Valley & The La Sal Mountains with access to the surrounding National & State Parks, La Sal Mountain loop road & Ken's Lake Recreation Area. These cabins have unique history in that they were originally used as management quarters at the mines south of Moab and were relocated to this property years ago. Each cabin comes complete with a kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, & double burner electric stovetop. A small living area has a flat screen TV with Direct TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeping a total of (4) adults, a queen bed allows to sleep (2) guests, & the sofa bed folds out to sleep an additional (2) guests. The bathroom provides a tub with shower and the cabin comes completely stocked with linens, towels & toiletries at guest check-in (No daily housekeeping service is provided). Each Miners Cabin has its own private entrance & parking, with additional parking for adventure equipment on property. The cabin welcomes dogs only, with A $10 nightly fee (2 dogs max). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog when making the reservation.

The miner’s cabin was perfect for us. There isn’t an oven and the frig is small but we found it suited us fine. Clean and neat, thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Don’t miss sitting out on the back deck and looking at the stars! For the price, it’s a steal.

Per hair was everywhere. The sheets didn’t seem to have been changed recently and had pet hair all over them. We had ants all of the kitchen counter. I understand about pet friendly places, but this seemed to have a permanent cat residence feel. It was bad enough that we had to find a new place to stay the night.

Amazing find just outside Moab. Pictures were accurate and the place was so cozy! Would for sure stay again! The back yard was fenced in with a great view and we enjoyed a warm fire both nights. So happy to have stayed here!

St. Danes Cabins & Campground is a true "Mom & Pop" property. We offer clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, dog friendly cabins. Located 7 miles south of the town Moab in Spanish Valley. We have 5 adobe cabins with full baths, kitchenettes and fenced in back porches. We also have a Log home, called Big Horn cabin, it's a true log home with a lofted bedroom, full bath & kitchen, a huge wrap around porch equipped with an lp firepit, lp grill and a Hot tub.
