Amazing condo on crescent beach

Owner was so responsive and transparent as our stay approached post hurricanes. This is our third time staying here and we can’t wait to return. Location is amazing and so walkable. Trolley to the village outside your door. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Cannot wait to return!

Beach fun

We went to the beach every morning and every evening the sunsets were beautiful the sunrise we watched from on our front balcony. It was beautiful. The weather was amazing.

Great location!

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and bars directly across the street and beach access so close as well. Every night we enjoyed listening to the live music across the street. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more! Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. We listened to bands across the street while sipping wine on the huge balcony. The accommodations were well-stocked with everything we needed, and is beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.

Home away from home

This condo was perfect and spacious! Just what we needed for our week long vacation with the kids. The location was spectacular to not have to rent a car. Walkable to many restaurants, market stores, ice cream, bars and clothing shops. If you want to go to the village all you have to do is jump on a trolley. Will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have been to Siesta Key a few times, however, this was our first time staying in this condo. The location was perfect and the unit was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the patio facing the street for some evening entertainment. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and we look forward to returning in the future. We would highly recommend staying here!

Siesta Key Crescent #307

Our stay at the Crescent #307 was fantastic. The property was as listed and very nice. The front side patio was nice to sit out and people watch after a great beach day. There was live music to enjoy from across the street nightly. Once you went back inside and closed the hurricane door it was very peace full. The sleeping was great and and beds were more than comfortable. Walking in for the first time it was nice that other renters had left "as requested" supplies so you didn't feel the need to run out right way. This property will most certainty be on our short list of property's we will visit again. The owner France was very responsive by email if you needed to reach out.

Great place!

Beautiful property with great rooms, patio to listen to awesome music, and enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably. Really appreciated the coolers and pool toys too.

Beautiful Condo with Perfect Location

Our family had a great time over the Easter holiday. Beautiful condo with all the amenities you could think of. Wide open floor plan with plenty of room. Large patio equipped with grill to sit out and relax. Located very close to several nice restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Times Square meets beach

The property listing didn’t mention anything about the unit overlooking a strip of bars - not quite Times Square but at least you could warn guests so they could pack noise cancelling headsets and eye masks! Room darkening shades would make a big difference as well! Also, no mention of one of the pools being shut down - we were told it had been a problem since last year - in fact the condo association had already assessed a fee for the repairs, major $$ so don’t expect to use it anytime soon!

Beautiful Condo on Siesta Key

A very beautiful condo with all the amenities one could want. Very spacious and nicely appointed. Beach and pool were just a short walk from the door on the opposite side of the property. This unit faces the street which we thought might be an issue for noise but that really didn’t turn out to be a problem. Just a short walk to some shops and several very nice restaurants. Would gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. All in all, a lovely way to spend some winter months.

Relax By the Beach

Good location with nice uncrowded beach. Across street from some restaurants, bars, ice cream, drug store, bakery. Easy access to surrounding family activities. Very spacious rentail, esp for family with kids. Outdoor patio was nice for some outdoor time when no on beach or at pool. Would stay again.

The perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The beach is beautiful and there are many great dining options right across the street. Also France was incredibly accommodating with a late change to our booking when our original booking was interrupted by a hurricane. Highly recommend this booking
