Family Favorite

This is our favorite home to stay in Chelan. It is children and pet friendly and is close to down. Love the beautifully remodeled kitchen and new flooring!

Wonderful property right on the lake and walking distance into town. Loved that we could keep our pup in the fenced back yard. The kids had a BLAST jumping into the lake from the dock. Would definitely book this home again. Just wonderful.

Fantastic long weekend

Beautiful views. Awesome location. 15 minute walk into downtown. Newly remodeled kitchen with all the amenities. Comfortable beds. The property is fully fenced. Awesome for kids and pets. The property management was very quick to respond and the check in process was seamless. I would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing home!

We loved our stay here. The home is beautiful, has everything you need, the yard is perfect for our family and dogs, and being on the water and having our boat right there was amazing. Lana was very responsive to questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend and we would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Lana for letting us stay there!!

Absolutely Superb

Fantastic stay at this well located property. Outside areas are beautiful with your own private deck. We had a family wedding in chelan and this was the perfect chill out place before the wedding events. Lana was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

Amazing property that fit our needs perfectly. The fenced yard for the toddlers was a godsend! Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of towels and bedding and plenty of room for everyone. Excellent communication from the host. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Can't wait to go back next year!

Lake vacay

Great property with a good location. Close to water park and town. Family with a toddler, 4 year old and dogs. Have the fencing was a big plus. We enjoyed being on the lake and had a fabulous time. Ping pong and pool table were great. Lana was very responsive to questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend and rent again

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

So fun and easy to pop in for week of lounging in the yard, playing ping pong and shooting pool. Our young adult children love to come and hang out with their parents here, and the dog loves the access to the lake daily. This is our second year renting here after staying the prior years at Campbells, and this place is just a great place! Can walk to town, has 2 paddle boards and a kayak to play around in the lake. We're already planning our visit for next year.

June 2023 family vacation

Great house! Close to everything and had so much to offer. Loved how much parking there was and the fence in front of the water to keep the little ones safe from the water. The amenities were fantastic! Pool, ping pong, basketball, dock on the lake, hammocks and so much more. Only suggestion would be to have a few more paper towels, trash bags and TP available. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family purchased this property because years ago we fell in love with Lake Chelan.
We love this place and spend a lot of time at the house ourselves but would like to give the opportunity to enjoy it to other families as well. We hope you would love it as much as we do and will create lots of wonderful memories at our Downtown Beach House!
