この施設について

Exclusive private beach access! Fully remodeled, ground floor condo!

Great location right in Miramar Beach, just a block from the boardwalk (in a very safe and quiet complex). Master has king bed and smart tv. Second bedroom has queen bed and platform with twin bed. Brand new leather sectional in the living room make this the perfect place to rest and relax after a long day playing outside. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs! Beds and mattresses are new with clean linens. There is a spacious patio for outdoor dining.

Pool within the complex and only a short walk to beautiful sandy beaches. You will have access to a Private Beach Access at Hollywood Rd! This access is only a 5-minute walk from the condo and has much less crowds than the public access at Pompano Joe's!

Nice grass area right out the front door is great for letting the kids run around. Very close to Restaurants, shopping, and the bike path on old 98 (scenic gulf drive).

Note: We require each booking to sign a lease you will receive an email from lemonadestandhomes with instructions once you book.

Another wonderful stay

We enjoyed another wonderful long term stay at “Changes In Latitudes”. Lauren and Grady were very attentive hosts and looked after the few minor issues we had. We would very much recommend this condo for anyone vacationing in Miramar Beach.

Property in perfect location can walk to a lot of things.

Property is perfectly located near several shops and restaurant. Beach is a few minutes walk away. Condo was great had no problems at all. Would rent again!!!

The location is great!! Walking distance to restaurants, & private beach access was a great perk. The 1st floor unit with private patio was also a plus. ( no steps or elevator )

Changes in Latitudes

Let me start by saying this was the best experience we have ever had. We traveled from TN. We arrived earlier than expected and Lauren let us check in a little early. Her home is beautiful and just perfect for the beach get a way we were hoping for. Check in was simple and easy! Everything was clean and in working condition. I would recommend Lauren and her property! We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for the amazing memories!

Comfortable, clean, cozy and close to the beach

It’s in a convenient location. The walk to the beach is just a couple of blocks. There were restaurants and stores near by. The property was clean and provided with beach gear to enjoy the beach. The community was quite and relaxing. We would recommend this property and we will consider it for a next trip to Destin.

If you're thinking about it, DO IT

4 words....HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. . when you walk in we were welcomed with a gift and a card! This just feels like home! It took the stress away knowing we didnt need games for the kids to play, laundry detergent, dish soap, handsoap, mop and broom, basic cooking dishes. (There's even a 3 in 1 body and hair wash in the showers!!) We even brought our crockpot from home but did not need to, there is one in the home. The only things you need to bring is food and yourselves. With the beqch in walking distance, We loved the abilty to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, community pool. We've stayed in a few Airbnb's BUT THIS home by far was the best we have ever been in! Lauren kept in contact and was there to answer questions- if she didnt know the answer she took initiative to find out! Thank you Lauren!

Amazing!

This place was great! The location is hard to beat. Access to the private beach is maybe 5 min. The place has chairs/umbrellas for your use and that was extremely helpful! Will be staying again!!

Carefree scenic stay

The property was clean and well stocked. The appliances are well kept and run and perfectly as well as easy to use. The neighborhood is close enough to walk to the beach and shops but quiet enough to get some work done during the day. The community pool is well maintained as is the yard and community areas.

Awesome place for family of 5.

Great condo was key part of outstanding vacation. Listing very accurate. Pros: - Clean & comfortable beds w/ king in MBR. Quiet complex. - Ground floor with privacy fence area to leave beach gear was huge advantage. - Great, comfortable backpack beach chairs, boogie board, towels, sand toys provided - 1 block from main drag, though still ½ mi walk to public beach @ Pompano Joe - The a/c cooled & dehumidified quick - Pool right there was empty - No keys – set your own code for front door lock - Roku/smart TVs in den & MBR - The toll bridge finally takes EZPass - Direct book and skip the VRBO mafia - Awesome morning runs on bike trail, especially if distance training. Lessons learned: - Having nice dinner is a bit of nightmare. Long waits, some 2hrs even at 7:30pm. La Famiglia had great food and no wait. Kids were so tired by the time we ate most of dinner became a great lunch the next day. - Destin government really messed up allowing so much of the beachfront to be bought up private. - With high surf (double reds) the senior citizen “beach patrol” went a bit overboard telling your kids to get away from the water. - For “The Track” Go Karts, it was good but surprised the kids preferred beach. There is small building you can figure out how many points you need and use the automated kiosk to avoid over purchase. - Had to run back to condo from beach for more beer…. Long days in sun.

A Great Stay with Comfortable Beds

We booked for a month after Hurricane Ida and were very happy we did. The host was very accommodating to all of our request. The place is as described with very comfortable beds and clean. There was a starter supply of everything needed such as dishwashing, laundry and bath items which made day 1 much easier. If you have a doggo family member, the back patio and grassy area right outside the front door will make your life easier. If not, the back patio is a great morning spot to drink your coffee. It was also equipped with some beach gear and a place to wash off the sand. The community pool is only about 30 yards away and was very clean so if it's not a beach day the pool is great. If it's a beach day then it was about a 5 minute walk to public access, coffee and food. It's an overall perfect location if you want a quieter stay. Overall a great experience.

Great stay

The stay was cozy and beds are wonderful! She had clear instructions on everything. We were greeted by soft music and it smelled great! The beach walk was a little longer than I expected but other than that everything was good. Don’t visit the Surf Hut for dinner folks! They allow a stray cat to walk around in the building. The host can’t fix that though Lol.

Great Beach Property

This property was exactly what we needed for a beach get away. Great location, easy to find, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Only negative is the walk to the beach is advertised as a 3 minute walk. It is actually a 10 minute walk to access the public beach area.
