Perfect

Property had been newly updated. New bathrooms , furniture etc. Seascape resort is really safe, clean, well maintained. Communication with management was great. We will miss the 1/2 mile walk to the beautiful beach. Everything was wonderful! Thank you for the wonderful 8 weeks

Very nice condo

Hi Jalayne, Unit was great we thoroughly enjoyed it and would not hesitate staying again. It was very clean and well stocked. Quiet and bed was comfortable, making for a good nights sleep. Clean and nice

The condo was very clean. Well maintained. Lacks some kitchen equipment like a water kettle. Property is under much constrction so missing half the golf course and looking a bit shabby. Overall nice, pickleball courts, close to beach. Easy stay with 2 kings beds.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, close to dining, shopping and a short drive to the beach. The area was nice, pool was great. The only negative would be we could hear every step the upstairs renters made and they made a lot especially between 10 pm to 2 am and seemed to move the furniture around a lot during that time also. Other than that, it was a great time.

June beach getaway

Very nice, relaxing and comfortable condo. We know there is not much you can do about our upstairs neighbor’s but we could hear every step they made, even their 2 dogs. Not fun at 7am most every morning.

Good property for the price

Location of property was good - a bit too far to the beach if you are carrying beach gear, however we drove to property lot across the street from the beach - landscaping and area around property was well maintained- the 2 bedroom condo was adequate for 4 people - King beds were comfortable - Description indicated towels were provided, however, only 1 towel per person for the week was provided - - had we known this, we would have brought towels from home- Kitchen was adequately supplied with kitchen supplies, pots, pans, plates, etc. - Bathroom in hallway had a leaky faucet and low water pressure - Thank you for allowing our pets - Overall, a great property for the price - we would come back!

Quick trip to the beach

Check in was seamless. Gate attendant was very friendly. Building was well marked and easy to find. Ample parking. Code access to condo worked great, however it was unlocked upon arrival. I knocked and yelled just to be sure no one was there. Good layout with easy access to pickle ball courts and swimming pool. Back covered patio was shaded and pleasant most of the day with chairs, table, porch swing, and hooks for hanging items. Condo was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, bathroom essentials and more. Bracelets for pool access and parking tag was easily located. Coin laundry facilities worked great- dryer is better than my home machine 😂. It was really nice to have a gated community with access to amenities. Beach access is a far walk. We drove to the parking area by the pond near the beach. As long as you have your parking tag, it is allowed. Beach staff was helpful. Rental for umbrella and chairs was pricey. Floors of the condo were dirty. If we were barefoot our feet were gray on bottom. I could tell the manager had attempted to remedy this with a brush for sand outside the front door, rugs at bedside, broom and handy vac on site, etc but the entire condo floor needed a very good mopping. Otherwise, shower and tub, toilets, kitchen, beddings, and furniture were all very clean and well maintained.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Neighbor in the complex was very nice. Have travel memories was very helpful during our booking process!
