Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a volleyball net—which is also suitable for badminton—as well as a soccer goal.

The property is situated on a fully fenced lot of approximately 1,200 m².



The Space:

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a pleasant living area featuring a cozy living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher.



This level also features two bedrooms:



one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,

one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,



as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.



Upstairs, you will find:



a master suite with a desk and a 180 cm double bed,

a family bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and a 140 cm double bed,



as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



Bedding and towels are not included in the rate to allow our guests to enjoy a more affordable price. However, if you wish, we offer a linen rental option (sheets and towels).

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
