Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, fitness center, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
Condo 2-105 is located in Tower 2 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

This unit in particular is spectacular being on the first floor and so close to the beach. Amazing Vacay!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a phenomenal location! We wanted a quieter, not in the middle of everything condo, and this spot nailed it. The beach was perfect. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Farah was amazing. This was our first time here but I guarantee we will be back!

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the newly renovated shower. Loved being on the first floor and next to the stairs so we did not have to use the elevator. The balcony has very good quality and comfortable furniture and was a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. This location on the 2 nd floor is the best. The balcony is huge and you can see everything on the beach. The added beach chair service added this year is an even greater bonus. We will come back to our go to place.

Very convenient checkin and out process. Great location. The toilet made bubbling sounds all night and strange smell in the condo. Didn’t like the dark sheets but that’s my preference.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was everything that was pictured. The balcony was amazing. The location by the steps was priceless. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook in the future. The condo and the entire resort was well kept and very clean.

Great place to stay

This place is so nice! It had everything we needed and more. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The view was great! It was centrally located to everything. We loved having a keypad instead of having to worry about having a key. We would stay here again.

A beautiful little gem

The first step inside is breathtaking with the view front & center. We find the condo perfect for us. First floor which can be accessed by 1 flight of steps or elevator. It is comfy with everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach.

Great Condo!

The property was as described. Being on a lower floor was so nice and the view was spectacular! Quick access to the beach and pool. Everything we needed for the best long weekend!

So happy that you loved the condo and that you had a great time. And yes this condo only sleeps four so we leave the number of bath towels and washcloths for the number of guests. The condo does have a washer and dryer that you can utilize. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals while you are here at the beach. All the appliances are brand new and everything is updated. It does state that the additional parking pass is $20 and you need to let us know before arrival that you will need an extra parking pass if so.
