Free Beach Chairs & Umbrella Service! 1st Floor! Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.
Condo 2-105 is located in Tower 2 on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

The room was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the newly renovated shower. Loved being on the first floor and next to the stairs so we did not have to use the elevator. The balcony has very good quality and comfortable furniture and was a perfect view of the beach and sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Very convenient checkin and out process. Great location. The toilet made bubbling sounds all night and strange smell in the condo. Didn’t like the dark sheets but that’s my preference.

A beautiful little gem

The first step inside is breathtaking with the view front & center. We find the condo perfect for us. First floor which can be accessed by 1 flight of steps or elevator. It is comfy with everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach.

Amazing Vacation

The condo was everything that was pictured. The balcony was amazing. The location by the steps was priceless. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rebook in the future. The condo and the entire resort was well kept and very clean.

Great place to stay

This place is so nice! It had everything we needed and more. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The view was great! It was centrally located to everything. We loved having a keypad instead of having to worry about having a key. We would stay here again.

First time at Long Beach Resort

This was our first time at Long Beach Resort and it was lovely! The condo was in an ideal location, close to the pool and easy access to the car since the stairs where right outside the door. The condo was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. Just a note, the condo has a very deep tub/shower combo, so if you have bad knees like me, you will appreciate the grab bars!

Fantastic Location and delightful accommodations!

This property is located on the most beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Beach walks, gorgeous sunsets and playful dining/ drinking options are all easily accessed. The overall property is well maintained, secure from public access and a team of administrators are available 6 days a week. We found the unit we stayed in to be well stocked, stunning views and a very comfortable bed! My husband and I hope to return if our travels bring us back to the area.
