OCEAN HARBOUR NORTH is a perfectly meticulous property at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This newly renovated unit has comfy beds and furniture. Stunning all white fully stocked open kitchen and beautiful baths with a soaking tub. This special property is situated on a barrier island with the inter coastal waters to the west and a private pristine beach to your east. Here, you escape the hustle and bustle of the crowds but is ideally located between prestigious Vero Beach 3 miles to the north and Fort Pierce to the south. This is the only complex on the island that has a marina with great fishing from the pier . Come watch manatees play. Two heated swimming pools, jacuzzi overlooking the marina, saunas, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness room, ping pong, two club houses. Lots of actives! Don't let it pass you by. There have been many repeat vacationers to this condo. Great golf courses and boat rentals within minutes. Lots of restaurants with live music, large Farmer's Market on weekends and charming shops at the downtown Fort Pierce waterfront. 1.45 minutes to Disney, Epcot, etc.
Owner will also accommodate an annual, month to month from April- December or 30 day minimum stay from Janauary - April.

My name is Chris Monge. I was born and raised in Miami and still live there. I have a background in interior design and real estate. I'm 62 years old and my husband is Joe. We have a 7 and 9 year old. We try to do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable.

I choose to buy a beach condo at Ocean Harbour North because after looking at several complexes on Hutchinson Island I realized how incredibly manicured, maintained and managed it is as well as being the only complex that has a marina with great fishing off the dock. There are heated 2 pools, jacuzzi, saunas, pickle ball, tennis courts and ping pong. It also backs up to a wildlife preserve, where nothing else will ever be built. It is situated between Vero Beach and the town of Fort Pierce. AND--the beach is pristine and perfect! Come relax and have a wonderful time!!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is quiet here and only minutes away from great restaurants--many with live music, golf, parks, boat rentals, grocery stores and pharmacies. OCEAN HARBOUR NORTH is the most meticulously maintained complex on the island. The unit is beautifully remodeled all in white and and so relaxing with comfy beds and furniture.
