It is exactly as the images display. The stay was most pleasant and the dock afforded both dolphin and manatee sightings! There was a launch that was quite visible from the backyard. The host was very attentive when we reach out for aid when we contacted him.

Gorgeous view!

This home is amazing! Comfortable and well equipped. Nice layout for everyone. Absolutely the best view from below and from upstairs balcony. Great kitchen with magnificent view of water! Good games for adults and kids, especially.

Nice home - good location

We went to Cocoa Beach for Labor day weekend and this house was a good option for us thanks to location and space. We were surprised to find that the house was not cleaned. We bought cleaning supplies and took care of that immediately upon arrival. Also, the garage was a mess where the bikes, paddles, kayaks, etc were thrown carelessly on the floor. All the beach chairs were filled with sand and tossed on the floor as well. We reached out to the owner who responded right away and appreciated our heads up. Overall the house is great and the location famtastic. 10 min walk to beach, Publix is also walking distance and the rocket launches are perfectly viaible from the backyard. Note: 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a long flight of stairs.

On the water with a great location. Saw dolphins both mornings. My two boys caught 10+ catfish which we threw back but always fun to catch something. Kayaks and boards available. Great location

Fun House

This house is amazing! There is something for everyone. There are so many different games like corn hole, connect 4, ping pong, & ring toss to name a few. The sunset views are amazing. We had paddle boards and kayaks that we enjoyed every morning on the river with manatees and dolphins swimming all around us. The beach is a short drive and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, & paddle boards for everyone. And 2 bikes for riding around the neighborhood or for a quick trip to Publix just around the corner. The kitchen is huge and allows for many cooks. There is just too much to mention it all. This house lives up to its name , the American Dream!

A dream of a property !

Just spent the last week at the American Dream and what a superb property this is ! The house has everything - we had young ones that loved the ping pong - the multiple tv channel options and of course the wonderful views and waterfront - seeing manatees and dolphins right out of your back window is exquisite ! Also got to see two launches from the Kennedy space center which is an amazing experience ! The house is within east walking distance of supermarket and several restaurents and also the beach and pier. Our host - Andrew - was great to deal with - all communication was quick and effective - we would recommend this property to anyone - def one of the best vacation rentals we have had the pleasure of staying at ! Thank you for sharing !!

Friends trip

Group of 3 couples stayed at this house. Plenty of room and loved the open floorplan. House had many games available. Loved the ping pong table! Great views, great location, enjoyed sitting on the top deck at night. Would definitely stay here again.

American Dream

The name of the home is perfect- the American dream ,walk and rocket launch! Perfect for friends and families as it was very large home, large bathrooms and convenient for easy walk to beach, restaurants, grocery or just realizing on the back yard/porch/dock fishing, watching rocket launch, grilling outside , playing family games on large dining room table( monopoly, poker..) We had large group and no one wanted to leave. This kitchen is larger and more functional than my home in Kentucky! Highly recommend for large groups/ families! We can't wait to return! Host was great and very available!

Spectacular

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Andrew was wonderful to communicate with; the house is jaw-droppingly beautiful; the location is close to everything. During our stay, all from the backyard, we: saw a space launch watched manatees and dolphins and caught all kinds of fish. The beach is a five minute drive as are restaurants and Publix. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We are looking forward to returning.

2023 Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying here. We fished every day (we only did catch and release). We saw sting rays, dolfins and manatees. We went kayaking and paddle boarding a couple days and road the bikes all through town. This house is perfect distance of the grocery store, the beach and places to eat. We had fun playing games that are in the house and ping pong. We were very lucky to see 3 amazing space launches across the water. Also, saw many cruise ships leave out and come in. There aren't enough things i can say to say how great this place is. My boys, husband, in-laws and myself are greatly appreciative to Andrew sharing his place with is. He is such a great communicator and easy to work with. We will definitely look at going back again!!!!

Bday Getaway

My son wanted to get a place on the water that was near go-carts and good waves for his 10th bday…. Not only was this house the perfect location, this House was AMAZING! The layout and cleanliness of the home was spectacular. Master bedroom had a breathtaking water view. The four other large bedrooms upstairs all have water views as well as their own balcony. Every corner of this home was well thought out and had plenty of extra beach gear too. I highly recommend this place - five stars all the way!

Amazing stay with kayaking, and multiple dolphin visits

Our stay at Andrew’s place was amazing! We had kayaks that the kids and adults enjoyed. A ping pong table that we all enjoyed. Impeccably designed house with every small thing well thought of. On multiple occasions we had dolphins come all the way upto the back deck. We were lucky also to witness a space shuttle launch from the beach. All in all a perfect stay!

Would rate this property with 10 stars if I could!

The location - the beach, great restaurants, and bubble tea and more all within walking distance. The home - BEAUTIFUL! The beds - so comfortable that I had to sneak a peak of the brand! The view - AMAZING - you will not want to leave this house! Communication with Andrew, the host - friendly and prompt. I was the first member, of our 5 member family gathering, to walk through the front door while others were still retrieving their luggage. I gasped from its beauty and quickly closed the front door so that the other members could experience the same “WOW” factor as I did when opening the door! We could not ask for more for our family with an age span from 16 years old to 90 years old - all of us loved this patriotic home. Everyone could enjoy their own space if needed or start up a game of ping pong, watch movies, enjoy the waterfront view, etc., etc., etc. with the other family members. The master bathroom is beautiful with its soaking tub and large shower with double shower head and big screen tv. All full baths were accompanied with nice quality bathroom shampoos, lotions, etc. Even the tissues were shaped like a flower. As we pulled out of the driveway on check out day I was already thinking of when I could plan another family outing and stay at this house again!

Peace and Calm

This place is amazing. We had a momma and baby dolphin visit us a few evenings, Wood Stork on the dock. The home is calming and the view captivating. The Patio furniture was in the shade all day (Mid March). The quiet of the cove was peaceful. Two blocks to Grocery and 3 to restaurants, 4 to beach. Watched a SpaceX launch from the deck (that was fare cooler than I expected). Kitchen was big and well appointed, allowing all of us to prep and eat together. It was very relaxing to work and look out the windows. The family hit the beach near by, broke out the Kayaks. Bedding was cool and comfortable, Garage parking was a plus. Grill was a nice touch. WiFi was very fast, as 3 adults has work zoom meetings and others were watching netflix all at the same time. Loved this place.

Great Views of Port Canaveral

We had the pleasure of watching the latest launch of the Space X Dragon Capsule VI from the deck of this lovely home, it was so convenient to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is beautiful just as the photos show, very clean, and fantastic views from the living area and upstairs from the bedrooms. The kitchen lacks some essentials if you want to cook full meals which we didn't. Andrew, the host, was quick to respond to some issues that we had with the kitchen.

Very nice place with a great view of the river and a launch. Includes kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards in addition to a ping pong table. One of the nicest VRBO stays we have had.

The famous Cocoa Beach Pier is a 5-minute walk from the house and on the Pier, you will find multiple restaurants and bars including but not limited to The Pier 62 Oceanfront and Rikki Tiki Tavern where you will witness an amazing view that you will never forget! This beach is easy to access and is family-friendly. Around the beach are different restaurants and shops. Also don't forget the first and largest Ron Jon shop that is right next to the Pier, which is a must-see!
