Overall the place is a beautiful, clean, and close to the beach property. The parking situation was extremely stressful, if you don’t have a car then there’s no worries! The property did give a heads up about the parking which was nice but still was so stressful trying to find places. The place is beautiful and perfect for 2! The beach is literally next door which is awesome ! Would stay again, just would make sure to not have a car !

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words! We're so glad you loved the home and having the beach right next door. We appreciate the feedback on parking. This property doesn't include a parking space, which is noted in the listing and confirmed with every guest before arrival. For future guests: paid street parking is available during the day, and it's free overnight until 6 AM. We'd love to welcome you back!

It was a great location and the beach was 20 feet from our place. The only thing is there is no parking for the cottage in the back. I felt very stressed out trying to find a free parking spot. If you don’t have a car your fine.

Great location! Walking distance to everything. We had a ride service to and from the airport and that was the only time we were in a vehicle. Beach Time Rentals was very responsive to any needs or issues we had. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Break from winter

The stay was great, the only negative is the parking which we were notified about prior too, however better parking would make this a five star review.

Location Location

This property was perfect! The only thing I'd do different is get an UBER from the airport to the cottage (and back to the airport). EVERYTHING is within waking distance from the cottage. Our rental car never moved.

Snowbird

Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced.

A quick "cool" stay in Clearwater Beach

We had a great short stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit is as described, just note the front porch in the photo is not for this unit's use. Consider this a well appointed efficiency apartment, missing only an oven. Julian was very responsive to our questions... we texted and received almost immediate responses. Great for a couple retreat.
