Stayed in style

The apartment is very modern, very clean, and very comfortable. Mostly private, beautifully landscaped. The shared infinity pool was exceptional, and the little plunge pool at the apartment was very nice.Our only wish would have been to have a few more amenities in the kitchen, although our host was quick to respond to our requests. But if you are planning on dining out more often than cooking, this is an ideal base. The secure Terre Basse development has immediate access to Baie Longe and Baie au Prunes, both with excellent beaches.

Perfect Couples Retreat!

Dido on other reviews! Jerome was a perfect host. Very accommodating and also available when needed. The unit is located in a perfect quit location but easily accessible to shopping and excellent restaurant's all with a 10 minute drive. Three beautiful beaches are only 5 minutes away. The pool at the unit is beautiful and the water temperature is perfect to swim day or night. The adjacent large infinity was also stunning along with the views. Excellent in every aspect. Perfect stay. We will return.

I stayed four nights and couldn´t be happier! The bungalow is a small detatched villa, perfect in size for two, with a roomy bedroom, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, bathroom and a lovely outdoor area with plenty of sunshine and total privacy. There was no cleaning during my short stay but the place was immaculately clean upon arrival and certainly no need for cleaning during such a short stay. The area is super quiet and very safe; Terres Basses is a gated community that is huge and the villas are perfectly integrated in the greenery. The area is incredibly lush and green and extremely peaceful with gorgeous views which is a lovely contrast to the otherwise rather busy island of St Martin. There are three beautiful beaches within very easy reach of the villa and a few kilometres away are many shops and restaurants. A rental car is strongly recommended for convenience as Terres Basses is a residential area with few, or no, services within walking distance. The villa has a small pool which was kept very clean and had the perfect temperature for a cooling dip. The property also has a communal pool for it´s residents which is a very large infinity pool with gorgeous views. The host, Jerome, provides excellent information before arrival and greeted me upon check in. Jerome was super friendly and very attentive to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He was very helpful and professional which assured I had a very relaxing and lovely time at the villa.
