Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is a 12 story luxury Condominium. Our well appointed condo is located on the 3rd floor (3A) with views of Little Sabine Bay from the open living area as well as both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the additional bedroom has a queen. The living room has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and the new chair & 1/2 pulls out to a twin bed. Both sleepers have upgraded Gel Foam mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convince. Available upon request include beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cart/wagon, and cooler! Baby items upon request as well.

The complex faces the Gulf in the front and Little Sabine Bay in the back. There are tennis / pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard and a large pool that over look the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guest are welcome to use the boat ramp at no charge. Slips can be rented on a weekly basis if available. You can also enjoy the well equip fitness center and sauna. A walking / bike path runs in front of the complex and can take you on a 5 min walk to the center of Pensacola Beach (lots of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, bars and nightlife) Or jump on the free trolly(memorial day weekend through Labor Day weekend) that will take you all over the beach. A trolly stop is located at the front entrance of Sabine.
The white sand beach entrance is located to the right of the Holiday Inn.

The owner provides thorough details to make check-in, and your stay, extremely easy. The condo complex was very quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views of the bay are beautiful - day and night! It's an easy walk to the beach to enjoy your day on the water.

Cozy! All the necessities available and some we did not expect. Full kitchen with accessories. Washer. Dryer. Two bathrooms. Spacious. Enough room for my husband, myself, and our 3 children. Outdoor activities and pool were also a big hit with the kids! Enjoyed our stay! We will be back.

Some small details needed attention ie. bedroom door lock, tub drip in bathroom, one of the living room lights did not work, but other than this the condo was well appointed and in excellent condition! We had a wonderful stay and would plan to come back again!

Perfect location

Our stay was absolutely perfect! It had absolutely everything you needed and wanted to enjoy your stay. Laura was exceptional host. We were even able to see the amazing firework show from the balcony. Definitely will stay again!

Very nice, the only thing that would be better would be a full gulf view. I'm not complaining, I rented it knowing that was not the case. But as I said Very Nice.

Clean and Very comfortable ! A jewel!

This trip to Pensacola was one of the best in recent memory..Wonderful weather, accommodations were perfect.The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and away from the traffic bottleneck. A short drive from the bridge, it was perfect for our trip.The building is well maintained and residents friendly.Our host was informative, communicated with ease and just a pleasure to work with.We make a trip to Pensacola several times a year to visit family and expect this to become our home away from home.A really great experience.

We had the Perfect wk in Pensacola Beach. We brought everything with us for a beach vacation & extra supplies for the condo & didn't need to unpack any of it. The owners have thought of everything & more. So close to great restaurants, Souvenir shops, The Pier & Fort Pickens.

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect. Location was convenient. Close enough to town and far enough to be private. The ocean access is very close and easily accessed. While the weather wasn’t the best our accommodations were. Thanks for everything.

Awesome Stay

Our winter getaway was perfect, condo is everything and more. All beach supplies were provided and condo was stocked with everything we needed. Owner was great with communication and checked on us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Condo was very clean and very easy getting in and out of building.

We had an amazing stay at this Pensacola condo! We had to reschedule last minute due to Hurricane Helene and the owners were very helpful. The condo was impeccably clean and the most well-stocked property we've ever experienced. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Including local menus and a thoughtful welcome card were such nice touches. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all that Pensacola Beach has to offer. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable vacation!

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything that you need for a worry free beach vacation. From menus to all of the best Pensacola restaurants to beach chairs, coolers and a wagon. She has thought of everything! The owner was so easy to message and answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice condo close to everything in Pensacola.

Very well equipped condo with a stunning view.

This was our second time staying in this condo. We can’t say enough about it! From the four beach chairs and umbrella to the very fluffy towels to the very well equipped kitchen to the Bluetooth speakers, this unit is equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. Great location with a view of the pool and Sabine Bay.

Very nice view and the room were filled with nice interior. The condo was clean and easy to check in. There were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler box that you can use which was convenient. Plenty of parking. Communicating with the owner was easy and responded quickly. Will rent again.

Crazy not to stay here

For this price point, with this location, and this level of cleanliness, you’d be crazy not to stay here. Laura was an incredible host and very responsive to any request. You can tell this is privately owned and not by a private equity company using a 3rd party management company. It’s close enough to the main drag that you can enjoy it within a few minutes, but it’s not on the main drag which avoids the crowds. Beach access was simple and beautiful. If you decide to stay here, please take care of the property as if you owned it so Laura will continue to offer it to renters to enjoy it with their families.

I was raised in Pensacola my whole life. I met my husband in Pensacola Beach and we raised our two children here and in Gulf Breeze for several years before military orders had us move away. It has been my husband's and I's dream to get back to Pensacola beach ever since we left and purchasing this condo brought us one step closer. We love Pensacola Beach and our condo and we are thrilled to be able to share it with you!
