つま先を砂に入れるのが待ちきれませんか？ もう待てない！ 2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、美しく改装されたコンドミニアムでゲストになってください。 これは1976年に購入されて以来、家族向けのコンドミニアムです。 2009年に完全に改装され、2011年の夏を迎えました。 私たちの楽園を新しいレンタルフレンドと共有できることに興奮しています。

メキシコ湾に直接位置しているので、プールに浸かったり、砂丘ウォークオーバーを使ってビーチで素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができます。

私たちの美しいコンドミニアムは、マスターにクイーンベッド2台、ゲストルームにクイーンベッド1台、クイーンスリーパー1台で8名様までご利用いただけます。 2つのフルバスには、新しいキャビネットとクォーツカウンタートップがあります。 キッチンは、ステンレス製の器具とクォーツのカウンタートップを備えた家族向けです。 2つの新しいフラットスクリーンテレビとDVD /ブルーレイプレーヤーがあります。

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and had some extra touches like hair dryers in the bathrooms, extra TP, extra garbage bags. The only negative would be the AC: you cannot adjust it below 70 degrees and at night it was not cool enough for me in the bedrooms but I am hot natured. The temp was cool in the common areas.

Wonderful Pensacola Beach Getaway

From the moment we booked, Patty was absolutely wonderful. She gave detailed instructions and great local recommendations. We left a bag of medicine and she was able to quickly send it back to us. We will definitely be sharing with our friends and family about this gem!

This is a PERFECT place to vacation. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The appliances work as expected with no problems. The ocean view prompted me to visit the ocean where the chairs and umbrella were waiting for me :)Patty, I wish I had more time!!!!!! THANK YOU for helping me to get comfortable and relax. One of our best vacations ever!

Excellent location!

As an experienced traveller, I can say that you will not find a nicer , more gracious, and more accomodating host! Patty was quick to respond from the very beginning --questions before booking and cared about our stay . I liked that she lived local in Pensacola as well. The condo is nicely located.

A perfect getaway

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to get in a car or cross a busy street to enjoy our beautiful beach. Our condo happens to be one of the largest with approximately 1,380 square feet. We also have a home in Marathon, Florida Keys that is available to rent. VRBO# 1691145

It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell.
