Gorgeous and High end 4 bedroom plus bonus (sleeping) loft home. Located in a prime gated community, sleeps 12. Sleeping cots available if needed. The home has a Tropical landscaped yard, fantastic ocean view from both lanais, central A/C, plunge pool with a water feature, top appliances (sub zero),granite kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, fabulous artwork and only a few steps to Magic Sands Beach. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. Family amenities - a variety of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards, There are also board games, boce ball, volleyball, ping pong table and outside BBQ for family time. Watch whales from the lanai in the spring and dolphins on the shoreline. The sunsets are spectacular and perfect after a day of island adventure. Each bedroom has on-suite full bathrooms. The Master bathroom has a relaxing corner jetted tub to relax after a day in the sun. Each room has a TV and local cable. The family room has a decorative (not playable) baby grand piano, a Bluetooth system to play your favorite music as you enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen.
One of the best features of the house are the expansive floor to ceiling pocket doors that open the entire wall to the outdoors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. This connects the living space directly to the lanai and ocean breeze. Both levels of the home have this feature.

The property and location is beautiful. There was loads of room for our party of nine, expecially so many bathrooms! We had plenty of towels and things like soap, toilet paper and tissue. Lots of parking for two cars. It is a lovely house and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This property was absolutely stunning. It worked perfectly for 9 of us. It was exactly what we needed whether we were dining out or cooking in. It was also centrally located for the activities we had planned as a lot of the companies were either located in Kona or had pick up spots in the Kona area. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home.

Amazing property that fit our family of (10) adults comfortably. Close to town and beach. Well equipped with linens and everything you need to cook your own meals. Communication was good and property manager helpful.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The check in and out were very easy and smooth. The communication with the host was clear and easy. We spend a little over a week for a matriarch's 70th birthday and a family reunion. There were eleven of us. The house is quite spacious with lots of areas to relax with a book or engage with people. What's even more amazing is the outside area, from the beautiful landscaping, to the chic pool, and magnificent ocean views. There is a public beach access, and trust me you want to take advantage of it. If you want a sandy beach is just a 10 min walk away. The coffee farms are just up the mountain , no more than 20 min away in the cloud forest.The house and property were spotless, and the kitchen big enough to accommodate two grandmas cooking at the same time ;) I cannot recommend this stay enough. We had the best time, I am pretty sure so would you! Book it, folks.

The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for our group of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids). Great spaces for entertaining/breaking off for a quiet space with a well stocked kitchen (spices, staples, dishes, silverware and pots/pans to easily accommodate our large group). The garage is stocked with beach toys, water shoes, snorkels, beach umbrellas and chairs. And the pool was the perfect size & depth for kids to jump, splash, and still be able to stand up comfortably. While the spa isn’t functional, it did offer a great place to sit out of the splash zone and enjoy pool time. The outdoor shower and bathroom were perfect for after the beach or pool to not track water/sand inside. The grassy areas adjacent were great for playing outside/kicking a soccer ball around. With two washers/dryers we could have packed half as much and been totally fine, we were grateful for the abundance of beach/pool towels. The home is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, you quickly feel at home. And the windows wrap around, fully sliding glass walls (with screens) were perfect for evenings. Cannot recommend Shining Seas highly enough. It was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again!

Great for Big Families

Wonderful house for a large family vacation and extras for a beach day such as chairs, balls, toys, etc. Loved having the ocean and town so close. We would definitely come back!

Everything was even nicer than described. Good location, short walk to magic sands beach, steps to waves and tide pools. House had everything we could ask for; endless towels, sheets, supplies and a fully equipped induction stove kitchen. Two (!) washer dryers, 4ft by 15 ft pool and spacious bedroom. Son list his glasses n the surf, host helped us with deliof new ones from mainland. Hope to come back next year.

Perfect Accomodations

Absolutely loved the home. The home and the view were amazing! The host was outstanding, not only providing everything we needed at the house but provided a lot of local knowledge and information for a very enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful home in great location

Big house with lots of room for everyone to spread out.

Good communications with the owner and local contact. Close to the ocean. Not close to a beach for young children, though.
