This newly renovated luxurious studio is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to the LSU lakes and minutes from Downtown.

It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, housewares and includes all utilities.

----- Exterior Only ----- Security cameras are located on the front of the main house and in the back studio parking areas for guest safety.

Animals are only permitted with expressed written consent from the owners. Please do not violate this rule.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING 🚭 inside our home. We have cigarette/marijuana detection devices that send alerts to our phones/email when any smoking is detected. Please respect this rule, immediate eviction will follow any violations.

Great studio! Great location, walkable to campus and restaurants on Perkins. Quiet neighborhood. Studio is clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was large and equipped if we did need it. Communication was great.

Perfect Location

This property was within 5-10 minutes of anything we needed, and 15 minutes to large commercial areas like the mall, Main Event, Top Golf.Looked exactly like the listing. Cute, clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed!

In Love!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Studio A! We were in town to visit our freshman daughter at LSU and the location couldn’t have been better! It’s nestled into a side street within a 5 minute drive to campus and walking distance to the beautiful lake trail as well as some great local bars and restaurants. The unit was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations in terms of space, style, and cleanliness.The owners were very responsive! We will definitely be back!

LSU Move in

We came from out of state to move my daughter into the freshman dorm. Your apartment was perfect for us to organize ourselves and rest up. We were close to campus, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable and private. Will definitely return! Thank you.

Very nice apartment for young legs

We enjoyed staying at this VRBO Property with one exception. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom met all out needs with a nice shower and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location was quiet. The TV worked; although we are unfamiliar with Sling TV we found things to watch the little time we had to watch it. So, what’s the “One exception”?My wife and I are 81 years old and the 13 steps that lead to the 2nd story were difficult for us, especially for my wife since she has two titanium knees. Even though we liked the Studio Apartment, we won’t stay there agin. Perhaps if the front house has an opening when we are in Baton Rouge again we would be interested, particularly if it is as nice as Studio A.

Great little place for a vacation visit

This efficiency rental has everything you need for even an extended stay. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Would surely stay here again.

Close to LSU

We were in town to watch our son play baseball at LSU and this studio was perfect for us since it is very close to the campus. It was clean and had everything we needed. John was very responsive to any questions we had. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.
