This newly renovated luxurious studio is guaranteed to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to the LSU lakes and minutes from Downtown.
It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, housewares and includes all utilities. It is identical to our other listing for Studio A - the only difference is that Studio B has a couch instead of a desk.
----- Exterior Only ----- Security cameras are located on the front of the main house and in the back studio parking areas for guest safety.

Animals are only permitted with expressed written consent from the owners. Please do not violate this rule.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING 🚭 inside our home. We have cigarette/marijuana detection devices that send alerts to our phones/email when any smoking is detected. Please respect this rule, immediate eviction will follow any violations.
