This very beautiful 3-room apartment is located in a small, secure and quiet residence on the heights of Anse Mitan in Trois Ilets. Its location is perfect to enjoy the beach and many water activities, restaurants and shops in the Creole village as well as the jetty to Fort-de-France on foot.



You can also refresh yourself in the residence\'s swimming pool after a busy day.



The apartment is ideal for a couple with children or two couples, it consists on the ground floor of a tastefully decorated living room with a convertible sofa opening onto a loggia with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) from where you can admire the lovely sea view. There is also on this level a bathroom with an Italian shower and an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed with a dressing room.



The upper floor offers a 21m2 mezzanine consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with two single beds or a large 180x200 bed according to your needs, as well as a small relaxation area. You can choose air conditioning or a ceiling fan.



The apartment is equipped with WiFi (Orange fibre), a TV, fans, a fridge-freezer and a cooler for your picnics under the coconut trees.



A welcome planter will be offered to you on arrival as well as everything you need for your first breakfast.

You can enjoy the Anse Mitan beach just a five-minute walk away, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various water and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout.

The water shuttle will allow you to go to Fort-de-France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Trois Ilets Golf Course.
