This modern 2-bedroom condo was updated in July 2018. Each bedroom features a King bed and a 42” Smart TV. Located in Sosua Ocean Village, one of the most secure gated communities on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. A guest friendly resort located 5-minutes from central Sosua and 10 minutes from Cabarete with the best amenities on the north coast, including an on site Gym, 2 Restaurants, large Water Park, covered Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Spa & more! All amenities are within a 5 minute walk from the condo!

This 2-bedroom , 2-bath condo is very spacious with over 1,600 square feet. The large living area includes a full kitchen and dining table, which connects to a larger outdoor terrace (patio) that overlooks the garden and pool area. The ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM is air conditioned. (Not just the bedrooms!) Fast, reliable wi-fi is included.

Cleaning is provided 3x per week. We have a professional management company, Caribbean Dream Vacations, that can arrange for airport pickup from Puerto Plata or Santiago, in-home chef services and coordinate local excursions. There are over 75 local excursions, some of the most popular being Ocean World, whale watching, cable car, Cabarete and Sosua Beaches, horseback riding, 27 waterfalls, surfing and many more. Free onsite parking is provided for guests with cars. Local transportation can be arranged.

Linens, towels, soaps, and a well-stocked full kitchen with drinking water are included.

Electricity: Rental Over 15 days the electricity is charged separately.

The gym day pass, day passes to the Ocean Village Club House are not included in the rental cost. Fees apply and are paid directly to the resort.
