This was a great place to stay! So many reasons to stay here - Close to the beach, Restraunt, and pools, beach toys, chairs, and umbrella, a baby crib so we didn’t have to travel with one, floor unit with wonderful view! We absolutely would stay here again!

My kids and I had the most incredible stay!! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed! The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the sofa bed. It was too heavy for me to put back in. I loved being close to the boardwalk, so many great places to shop and eat with in walking distance. I loved hearing the birds at the resort in the evenings and early mornings. The live music at the restaurant and the Hawaiian music that played throughout was the perfect background noise for when we were in the condo. Thank you for making our stay so perfect!

We had an amazing time at Arthur’s property! Perfect location steps from the beach, pools, and restaurant, and a short walk to a grocery store, deli, and more. We couldn’t ask for a better first experience in Hawaii.

Our stay was incredible! We loved the spacious accommodations, fully equipped living spaces and kitchen. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. If you love waking up, sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset - this place is for you. The rental instructions made it possible for us to really enjoy the local areas and also get acclimated to island including excursions and other activities and things to do on our vacation.

Wonderful time in paradise!

This property and unit are amazing! The best part about the unit is the location...ground level, close to beach, ocean views, close to pools and restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again! It was close to great restaurants, food trucks, Whalers, Black Rock, Honolua Bay. What more could you want? Thank you Arthur!

Best vacation ever!

The condo was perfect! Great location and it had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the pools and being steps away from the ocean where we could snorkel or just relax on the beach.

Great Stay!

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo. Communication was exceptional and place was as described. We loved being on the ground as we were a hop, skip and jump from the pools, beach and The beach Club restaurant with happy hour 2-5pm. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and well kept. First class property. Close to beach and pool. Many great places to eat within 15 minute drive. Like anything else it takes a minute to figure a few things out but the staff here is terrific answering questions about the area.

Great Condo w/ close Pool & Beach Access!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Maui! Our kids (5 & 8) absolutely LOVED being so close to both pools and the beach!!! It was so convenient having the bar/restaurant right next door too! The staff was friendly, parking was easy and Arthur was great host and very attentive! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

We call Calgary, Canada home, but are avid travelers and love exploring the world. However, we love the perfect climate and beaches of Hawaii and always find time to visit the islands once if not several times per year. In our opinion Hawaii is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places in the world.
Arthur has always dreamed of owning a place in Maui for his family to enjoy for years to come. In the summer of 2008, that dream of owning property in Maui became a reality.
After many months of detailed research, we settled on the Kaanapali Shores property as being the best property, in the greatest location, as well as the best value we could get for our money. It was a place we definitely wanted to return to year after year, and with the extensive renovations we completed on our unit, we made it into an extraordinary “home away from home”. The way Aiden’s face lights up every moment we are there make it worth every penny and we look forward to many, many more trips to Maui together.
