Centered around a cozy fireplace and TV, an upholstered American Leather sectional featuring a Queen memory foam sleeper ensures ultimate relaxation and comfort.

The layout flows effortlessly into the kitchen and dining area, where upscale décor and thoughtful design facilitate both dining and socializing without interruption. The dining area, with seating for four, complements the additional seating for four at the island, making it perfect for intimate meals or morning coffee. A fully equipped kitchen, boasting all necessary appliances and cookware, invites guests to prepare their favorite dishes in a setting that feels both elegant and inviting.

For the convenience of guests, a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a half bath is in this area.

Furnished with comfortable outdoor couches, lounge seating, and a dining area complemented by rocking chairs, the deck invites guests to unwind in style. A grill is available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, adding to the pleasure of dining al fresco.

Venture down the stairs to discover a secluded fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs for gathering around the warmth of the fire. A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
