This house, located in Theux, is ideal for 9 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool from 15 May to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a Hi-Fi, a radio and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, and 1 including a single bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet and 2 with a shower and a toilet.
The house features central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, a dressing room, cleaning products and a jacuzzi.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 2 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 6 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Possible to rent wood for fireplaces with an extra. The owner lives the adjacent house.
