Located just five blocks from Santa Fe’s historic downtown plaza, #7 is right for either a romantic escape or a fun family trip. This well-appointed two bedroom/two bath condo packs lots of Santa Fe charm into a stylish condo home with terra cotta Saltillo tile flooring, viga-beamed ceilings, a wood-burning kiva fireplace and many colorful southwest accents. Its ground-floor location is conveniently located 20 feet from a parking area with no steps to navigate to the front door.

Relax on comfortable leather seating in the bright and spacious living room, watch the flat-screen cable HDTV with DVD player, or take advantage of the free, fast Wi-Fi. A skylight brings cheerful Santa Fe sunshine to the charming dining area with seating for up to four - perfect for a family meal, a romantic dinner, or a game of cards with friends. A granite island/breakfast bar also seats two. Artist Rd #7’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the dinnerware, wineglasses and utensils you need to entertain. The location of the condo was so close to everything, it was very convenient. As others have said, the parking is limited, but we were able to find a parking space everytime we came back from being out and about. The only thing I would suggest is having at least a small amount of coffee available for the guests.

Great Stay

This lovely condo is exactly as advertised. Quiet, comfortable, great location and beautiful interior. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the indoor pool is a nice bonus.

Perfect for our Santa Fe trip

Santa Fe Charm

We had a great time! Very cute, interesting books, and they even had Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The location is perfect as you're just a short walk from the Cross of the Martyrs and a beautiful view of all Santa Fe. We will be back!

Holiday trip

Great trip for my husband and I with his parents. We enjoyed having the space to spread out a bit and relax in the evening. We never got the kiva fireplace to work even with a fire starter, but still enjoyed the cozy home.

Nice week in Santa Fe

It was a nice, quiet, and comfortable place to stay at during our week visit in Santa Fe. We had everything we needed. It was very clean when we got there. The only thing I want families to realize is that the pool is only open from 9 to 5. I missed that when booking the place. Overall it was a great escape and I will definitely book again in the future.

Beautifully decorated, great location

My two children and I stayed here for three nights. The communication from the property manager before and during our stay was excellent. The property was very clean and meticulously decorated in with Santa Fe art. It was super quiet. Parking is limited by there is a lot just a few steps from the property with no stairs. Highly recommend!

Very Welcoming Home

This home was perfect for our stay. The hosts communicated frequently leading up to our reservation so that the check in process was effortless. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with more than enough towels, bedding and toiletries. I absolutely loved the master bathroom and all the unique touches throughout the property. We appreciated all the attention to detail and the care the owners put into this home.

We liked the location of the property on North side of downtown Santa Fe. The parking was cramped. Sometimes you had to wait until someone left to get a parking space near our unit.

Christmas break trip to enjoy the mountains

Cute adobo condos with a direct drive to the ski mountain. The place had space for me and my 2 boys to chill by a fire, nice kitchen and eating space. I couldn’t have asked for a better location for the beautiful 20+ min drive up the mountain to enjoy the slopes. A straight shot! The staff very extremely friendly, answered every time, had answers and help. 5 minute drive to the square, groceries, very convenient location. Would absolutely stay at property again.

Clean, Sweet, Great Location

Wonderful that this is just a short walk from the Cross of the Martyrs. This was my husbands favourite place to stay of the three places we rented on the trip. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom across the hallway. Very clean, very comfortable beds. We were dissappointed to learn somewhere in the check in information that the hot tub closes early evening I think it said 5pm? But when we went to use the hot tub the facility was not locked so I think we could have used it after 5p. Everything we needed and more was provided, wonderful views just steps from the front door and we slept wonderfully.
