The classic tile floors throughout and the beautiful exposed timber beams bring the adobe home feel inside. After exploring Santa Fe, take a break in the living room on the comfortable sofa and chairs. The wide windows bring in refreshing sunlight, and curtains can be drawn when you need a little bit of privacy. Watch a movie on the HD Smart TV with Blu-Ray player, or simply enjoy a quiet evening around the classic kiva fireplace.

Convenient and Quiet Location

This casita fit my needs exactly. I was taking a photo workshop during the week and needed a quiet place close to the school. The bed was quite comfy which is a big deal to me!

A little mixup with the check-in as our keys not in the lockbox but I called and he (sorry I missed the name) quickly arrived and provided everything we needed to get to our unit. Very nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms for all your needs. Great location - close to the plaza and so many restaurants and shops. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our first time to Santa Fe.

This condo unit was lovely and classic Santa Fe. It was much smaller than previous VRBOs we have stayed at, with very small bathrooms and a kitchen that one person could comfortably cook in, making it difficult to share cooking responsibilities. We enjoyed our stay.

Extremely clean! Great location. The turn out of the parking lot can be tricky but most streets in Santa Fe are. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy stay in downtown Santa Fe

We absolutely loved staying at this property - it was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and in the perfect location to walk to the downtown plaza. The property management company was fantastic and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place!

Thanksgiving get away

This property was charming. Couldn’t get over how clean it was. It literally sparkled. And the homeowners attention to details were impressive. Lots of tour books of the area very well stocked kitchen, and directions for how to use the washer, dryer and fireplace.. Lovely place.

Walkable location

Well appointed, clean, pleasant casita. Comfortable for 3 generation vacation. Access to property required stop at an office for keys; a step we had not encountered before. Easy walk to grocery, Santa Fe Plaza.

Convenient to plaza

It seems crazy to have to stop to pick up a key when they could use a lock box. The rental agreement was long and complicated. Everything was complicated and a little inaccurate. It is a charming enough but dark, not great lighting. Great location. The outside patio was covered and unusable, very dirty and the courtyard area had a lot of trash, broken pots and the entire place could use an update. We enjoyed ourselves anyway. It is cozy

Listing should have disclosed lack of AC

The property was nice but the listing should have disclosed the fact that only the master bedroom had AC. Also, there was no dresser available to renters in the master bedroom. The only dresser was padlocked by the owner.

Cozy, quiet, and well furnished

This home clearly is loved and used by the owner. Probably the most well-equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in. This place was surprisingly quiet given its access off a busy street. Very walkable location. Our only gripe is that basics for getting started were pretty sparse - toilet paper, firewood, and coffee we had to get almost immediately. Parking is angle against the outer property wall. Wasn't clear in the instructions. A nice, but somewhat exasperated neighbor clued us in. Other than that, super nice place to stay. One of our top stays in Santa Fe. We gave our adult daughter the bedroom suite while we took the other bedroom with common bathroom. It worked out great for all.

Great place in Sante Fe

What a nice, convenient place to stay in Sante Fe. It was perfect for myself and a friend or would also be great for 2 couples. We were able to walk everywhere from this property easily and felt safe. There's a great neighborhood market right down the street to get any provisions you need. The property was super clean. The kitchen is small but has absolutely everything you could want. The outside area is private and spacious with a chiminea, table, chairs, and grill. The kiva fireplace is also great inside! My only suggestions are to have a lockbox at the property for check-in/out (we did not have a car so it was a bit of a pain making an extra stop to pick up the key and then drop it off when leaving) and to provide some extra firewood (we only had 3 logs which did not last long in the cold weather and it was surprisingly difficult to find wood within walking distance). Thank you for the stay!
