This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to an outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute up drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Girl's trip 2025

Group of 4 young senior ladies on our annual girl's trip. This house was the perfect place for us, was very comfortable and clean. The location was easy to get to, close to the Plaza area and close to the Highway for our day trip to Bandelier.

Comfortable and cozy

The casita was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We were in Santa Fe for a long weekend. After a day of exploring the city and the surrounding area this condo was welcoming. Our host took very good care of us with great tips for restaurants. He responded promptly with any questions we had and we will happily stay here again when we are back in Santa Fe.

So Quiet

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and well-stocked. Good location and absolutely no noise at night. We would stay there again. Michael was easy to work with throughout the entire booking.

Lovely House Rental

My friends and I do a reunion trip each year. We like to stay in a place that is comfortable and close to the plaza. This house was one of the best we have stayed in. The owner was great and the house was outfitted with all the things someone costing might need. We had a great time.i would stay here again.

two nights stay

We loved our stay here for a couple of restful nights in Santa Fe. The location is perfect: quiet, easy walk to the Plaza, 10 min drive to trailheads. The host, Michael, has great attention to details and the casita is among the best equipped in terms of rentals we have had. He is very responsive and checkin and communication were perfect.

The unique features about this property is that if you are visiting during the warmer months, every room including the bedrooms have access to private outdoor spaces and you can walk everywhere from this location. If you are visiting during the winter months and enjoy skiing, it's two blocks from the Ski Basin Rd. which ends at the Santa Fe Ski basin parking lot. During the spring, summer and fall months, the same road takes you to to dozens of trail heads that offers over a hundred miles of hiking and mountain biking trails through the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
