Kindness exceeds expectations

Carla let us leave our extra gear and unneeded items in our rental for two extra days while we toured Denali. The house was perfect for our family of 9! Very well stocked!

Great neighborhood

The home is in a quiet area. It’s a little dated (new photos on website would help), but it fit everyone comfortably. Washer and dryer were a plus! The home is equipped with everything you will need (cooking utensils, etc.) Cleaning instruments were not available (broom/mop) but there was a vacuum. The only downside to this property were the beds. Over half of them had broken box springs which caused sagging and uncomfortable sleep.

Cozy home

If your looking for a big house close to the downtown area this is for you! Nice home with great shower. Beds sleep ok but overall very convenient and great size for a large group.

House was clean and we'll stocked. There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Stair case hand railing to lower level was about to fall off the wall and we used the outside faucet to rinse out a cooler only to end up with water on the floor in the lower level bedroom closets.

Great stay!

We had family come together for a memorial service. The location was excellent being so close to the airport, downtown and walkable to a creek trail that went for miles. The house was just as it listed. We had a concerns while we were there and they were immediately handled by the owners who were super responsive. I would definitely recommend as well as stay again. Family Gathering Place

We needed a place for a family group of 10 to gather. We wanted the openness of a family and dining room but the privacy of separate bedrooms... The Greenhill Way property was the best best of all worlds! Management was easy to communicate with during the planning stages and I would highly recommend this property to large groups looking for a cozy yet spacious place to enjoy Anchorage!

Ample room for a large family!

We enjoyed the large deck, generous bedrooms and convenient location. We were happy to use the washer and dryer, and the extra counter space located off the dining room was very helpful for non-perishable food items. The kitchen and the adjacent cabinet/drawers had everything we needed. Your family will feel right at home here!

Nice place to stay - convenient to everything!

We wanted a place near the airport since we had an early flight and this was perfect. Everything was very clean. Our only complaint was no cable TV. We had been on a cruise tour for 12 days and missed any news that might have happened - which might not be a bad thing (i.e., politics). There were originally going to be 7 of us but only 5 stayed. We each had our own bedroom which was what we needed after sharing cabins for a week! We would stay here again. Thanks to Carla for responding to texts upon our arrival!

Utilitarian but comfortable, great centralized location to Anchorage area

Location in relation to surrounding attractions in Anchorage area is outstanding. Only reason 4 star and not 5 star is that the furniture is comfortable but utilitarian, and some bed mattresses were uncomfortable according to some of the guests (appreciate 13 occupants in a rental that sleeps 15). Host was outstanding and timely in response to all issues - daily rental rate was reasonable for the time of year and the quality of the rental. Would go back.

Functional for our needs

We had a good stay at the house and had enough room for our group of 12. Quick response from the owner when we had trouble with the sink draining. Could have used a few more towels, but we made it work. Good location within Anchorage, close to groceries.

The house was perfect for our 14 family members. Comfy, casual.

Disappointed with amount of trash on deck. Several bags that I feel should have been removed before we arrived. It would have been helpful to have the WiFi password--leaving it on the counter would have been an easy thing to do. Everything else was just fine.

Very nice comfortable home

We enjoyed our short stay. The house had plenty of bedrooms, seating and bathrooms. It had all the equip we needed to make our meals. Great communication and answered questions quickly!
