Nashville Getaway

First time traveling to Nashville. Great property that is centrally located. Very easy to get around to all the sites in Nashville from this property. Property manager responded quickly to every email. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of comfy spaces for hanging out and for sleeping.

Cute Place!

House is nicely updated and decorated. We were comfortable while there. Convenient location and easy to get to. House was stocked with everything we needed. I think it's time to invest in some new cookware though. Most of it was dirty beyond washing.

nice getaway

upon arriving we had a problem getting into the house ,but finally got in. tv s did not work, buy got that straightened out. no ice in freezer. should put patio furniture outside to sit and enjoy the birds. other than these few problems everything was great sharon peters

Adorable House

This house was adorable. Perfect for a girls trip of 5. Location made it a quick ride to downtown. Came with everything we needed. Quick response from owner when needed.

Very cute place in a good location

Overall the property was nice and looked like the pictures. We didn’t receive check in information until two hours after we were supposed to be checked in. I had to call vrbo to get ahold of them. Also the door lock was tricky so that is something to be aware of. Overall it was a good experience and the beds were comfortable.

Concert Trip

Came to Nashville to see Keith Urban. Extended our stay to enjoy all Nashville has to offer. The property was very convenient to downtown, comfortable and well appointed.

An extremely honest review

The inside of the house was so great! Nice, cute, and clean. I truly have no complaints for the inside and cleanliness of the house. My issue is the area this house is located in. It is extremely unsafe and feel as if it should be taken off VRBO’s site. This was me and 5 other girls experience staying at this VRBO. Each night at very late hours we could hear people walking extremely close to our VRBO. On the last night of our stay the neighbors motion activated security light came on at 12:00am and there was a person extremely close to our VRBO. Two hours later at 2:00am we were all violently woken up by six loud gun shots rapidly fired at the house next door to us. It was so loud that our entire house shook. My friend who has never heard gun shots before, started screaming and said someone was trying to break into our VRBO because it sounded similar to someone beating on the doors and windows of the house. I assured her that was not the case and the noise the entire neighborhood heard was gunshots. Not even two minutes later cops were everywhere. My girls and I didn’t stay any longer we grabbed our things, called Ubers and we’re out of the house in less than 6 minutes total. My other issue is the locks on the doors of the house. While yes they have deadbolts, the deadbolts are so shallow that someone could easily kick in the door if they really wanted in the house. While yes the house itself was lovely, the area was violent and our experience was extremely scary. I would hate for someone to get hurt during their stay at this VRBO and that is why I would not recommend staying/booking this VRBO.

Comfortable and Quiant

From the outside this place looks small but it was comfortable for 6 ladies, 2 of which are taller and plus size. There are two bathrooms and 6 individual beds which worked out great for us. We utilized the kitchen to cook breakfast and store our leftovers. We relaxed in the living room and watch shows on the smart tv. There were just two small issues that did not disrupt our trip: 1) the shower rod in the hall bathroom would not stay up despite 3 different people attempting to lock it in place and 2) one of the beds in the back room with its own bathroom has a very noticeable dent in the middle. The house is not within walking distance of downtown unless you consider 30-40 minutes walking distance. It is a short taxi/Uber ride though. My next visit I will stay at a hotel only to truly be within walking distance of Honky Tonk Boulevard restaurants and entertainment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house.

Nashville Bachelorette

We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was perfect for what we needed! Big rooms and many beds for all of my friends to sleep in. It was super clean and tidy!

Quiet neighbor that has easy access to Interstate.

The bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen with nice. Common area was a little small. Everything was neat and clean.

Plenty of room

The property itself is cute inside .. very small kitchen table ! So for a large family limited seating! The neighborhood is sketchy .. you can tell it’s being remodeled around it but more sketchy then newbie .. the host was responsive and helpful w early check-in and requests for additional items !

Great Bachelorette Party!

You don’t want to walk in the neighborhood, but it’s an good 5-7min uber ride away from all the Nashville fun! They went above & beyond with my reservation and helped decorate the house with bachelorette fun! The house was perfect for our group!

Nashville girls trip 2022!

Six of us stayed in the rental. The place was clean and comfortable. We were told that the area was not very safe, but we had no problems. It was close to downtown, about a 10 minute Uber ride. We would stay again.

Excellent Stay!

We used this rental for 3 days while in town. Absolutely an excellent experience! House was in a great location not far from Broadway & easy to get to. The house is very nice & updated inside, and perfect for our 7 people that stayed. Very reasonably priced & would definitely stay here again!

Snowed in in Nashville!

Property was great for our bachelorette group of 8 girls! Rooms were perfect for us, price was great, beds were comfy, plenty of space, just a little far from all the Nashville attractions for Uber rides. Our stay was the easiest part of the trip and Mario was great at accommodating our needs due to the snow storm. Definitely recommend this stay and will rebook on any return trips!
