Cypress Breeze is a highly desirable and popular gated community tucked away in Santa Rosa Beach. With easy access to the beach and Gulf Place Town Center, Cypress Breeze is in the middle of it all. Cypress Breeze is home to one of the largest pools on the Emerald Coast!
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
• Exterior cameras present at the home

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Great Location!

The house was great for our group. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of space. Ping pong table was a hit. Bikes were also a nice perk - We were able to ride them to the beach and around the neighborhood.

Great location and pool

The house was great and we had a ton of fun. We found it in good condition and the hosts were responsive and flexible with us. Would definitely visit again.

Five star house

Five star house for vacations, really closed to the beach, closed gates condo, secured and excellent amenities. We had super fun playing ping pong in the house, making barbecues outside. Rooms are big and comfy, perfect for large groups.

Family Vacation

Our family loves Cypress Breeze! This is our second time in the community. This time we stayed in a beautiful ranch. The place was spotless, the boys loved staying here and we would definitely return. Unfortunately the beach was double red flagged all week, but no worries the pool as we know is amazing!!! Thanks for a wonderful week of R & R. Until next year!!

“Always April” beautiful

Always April did not disappoint. Very nice and clean. The pictures were exactly like the house. We loved the neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. I even met the next door neighbor and spoke with him for a while. The home is only a couple minutes from the beautiful Santa Rosa beach. You can walk, rent a golf cart, ride a bike, or drive and get there in no time. I have nothing but good things to say about the home and the owner. Easy check in and out process. I only wish check out was at 10:30 and not 9:30. It was a challenge with a three and four year old but we managed to get out on time. Will stay here again. Thank you Nancy, the home was beautiful!

Great place to stay for a family!

Overall good experience. Biggest disappointment was the shared pool was not open and it was not mentioned in the listing. We had planned to be able to spend time in the pool and had to find other entertainment. Ping pong table was great for the family. The walls need painting in that room, they were dirty. Door on master bath was scraped up on the inside. The rest of the house was clean and in good condition. We had a strong rain that created a washout under the driveway so we were unable to pull in the last two days. The property manager was quick to respond.

Nice House | Close to the Beach

The house was really nice, in a great neighborhood with an amazing neighborhood pool. Right at a mile from the front door to beach but it is an easy walk and an easier drive. A few places to eat right near the beach but many other options close by. Renting chairs and an umbrella early is the best option since most of the beach to either side of the boardwalk is blocked off as ‘private’.
