Fun time!

We really enjoyed everything about this trip! The house was amazing and the golf cart is great to cruise down to the beach and to take all the groomsman to the wedding. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

Great vacation

Our family of 11 stayed here & had a great vacation. The cottage was precious and I loved how it was decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. GREAT location! We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc.

Very convenient

Love this location because it'd conveniently located yo shops and restaurants. Clean comfortable accommodations well stocked for our needs. Beds sleep so well it was hard to get up and go!

Loved everything about this spot! Very functional for our visit. Things Id change… No spices in the cabinets for cooking forcing us to eat out a tonNo ceiling fans in bedrooms - had to keep the AC super cold for it to be comfortable for sleepingNot deal breakers, minor concerns. Would definitely stay here again. LOVED the golf cart. Had no idea it would be so fun to have that as a part of the experience

Great house!

We usually stay at Watercolor but decided to try something different this time. We loved Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain and this house was perfect. Great location (1/2 mi from the beach & restaurants), lots of space (giving the teenagers the whole upstairs was great for everyone), and having the golf cart was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect Santa Rosa Beach house

This was a perfect house for our two families on Spring Break! The house was ready on time, spotless and just as described. It is very well furnished! We had four adults and five kids and it was plenty of room. The walk into town is super quick but the golf cart was so nice for bringing kids and gear down to the beach. I highly recommend this rental and if we come back to Santa Rosa this will be our first choice!

Another great vacation in the books!

This is our third year coming to Santa Rosa beach and staying at Turtle shell cottage. The house is maintained, equipped and has a great location. Not only the beach is a 5 minute walk, there are also restaurants, gift stores and convenient stores as well. I love to walk to and from the beach everyday! Having the golf cart is a huge plus, makes it so easy because everyone can move around in a fun and relaxed way . I-trip quickly responds to any inquiry or request, so even when things are not as expected they do their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. My family leaves every year already planning next year’s vacation. See you next summer!

Good for two families.

This place was perfect for our two families, (ten people total)Located within walking distance of many good things, including the beach, and well equipped for making your own meals! The only reason I did not give it four stars was because the golf cart broke down halfway through and they weren’t able to do much about it. But things happen, and we would absolutely stay again.

Girl's Trip

We had the most amazing trip at this location. The house was beautiful, clean, and was had a great location. This was a girl's trip and we had all the space we needed for 5 ladies. There was plenty of bathrooms and adult, very cozy beds. We wish there was a full-size mirror somewhere in the house but still loved the house. We were able to walk to the beach and shop at the stores. Close to very delicious food choices. Over all an amazing trip.

Great beach house for big family

This was a great place for our family of 11! We had plenty of room, everyone had a bed, and plenty of bathrooms! We loved the location. The proximity to the beach was great. We rented a golf cart to get around, but could and did walk back and forth also. The street was a nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We loved the set up of the house and all the furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and great for us on the nights we cooked dinner for everyone. Loved that the house was also close to Gulfplace with its shops and places to eat. We tried The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee and Shunk Gulley and loved all of them. Would rent this place again!!

the fridge didn’t work, we lost power for a few hours and the golf cart started to smell like smoke and died on the side of the road second day in. pros- super close to everything, house described accurately, super close to the beach

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I am sorry there were power outages during your stay in the area that resulted in the fridge not working for a time. We hate when things happen that are out of our control! I'd also like to apologize for the cart issue, but acknowledge that the issue with the battery was a direct result of it being run low, from it not being charged properly during your stay. We did offer to bring you a replacement cart as we would do for any guests who encounter an issue like this! The golf-cart has since had a full battery replacement and is now in great working order! We are glad you still enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again soon for another great vacation!

Great experience!

We have been going to Santa Rosa beach for the past 7 years, stayed in a few places, but this house became one of my favorites. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The golf cart was a huge part of the fun and success of our trip. The second day we weren’t able to start the golf cart, so it was a hassle because we had my senior parents and a one year old baby that needed to be able to go back and forth, and parking lot is very limited at the beach. So I contacted the office and even though they weren’t able to resolve the problem, they responded immediately. Thank goodness my son was able to figure out what needed to be done to start the cart after they towed it back to the house. For any future guess, there is a bottom (red light) under the key hole that you need to push to start the golf cart if it doesn’t start once you unplug it. We never understood why, and we asked our neighbors if they needed to do this and they said no, but just in case because we are still waiting for the technician or mechanic to come tell us what to do…Lol! Despite this incident, we highly recommend this property and will be coming back next year, God willing!

perfect relaxation spot

Such an amazing spot, it has everything you need, and the location is perfect, a 4 min walk to beach, or a 1 min golf cart ride to beach. Beautiful quite beaches. Close to any restaurants you want. host was quick in responses, definitely will be back again !

Great Property- close to everything

My family of 11 stayed here for a wedding and the house was great! Very close to shops and restaurants. We had several small children and there was plenty of room for everyone here. Loved our visit!

Fall Family Fun

My wife and I along with two of our niece's and their families had a nice week at Turtle Shell Cottage. The house worked well for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. We are very familiar with the area, so we made good use of the golf cart that was provided in order to get back and forth to the beach and local restaurants. The itrip team was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and our one issue of a shower drain that needed attention. We normally travel alone, but if we have another chance for a family trip, we would rent again.

With the amount of sand that goes down the pipes, this does happen sometimes; however, our maintenance team is always happy to come take care of that for you!
