Beautifully updated condo just 6 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Sleeps 6. Walking distance to Wawa, CVS, Mudhen Brewing, Ship-N-Shore bar, Dogtooth bar & grill, the Wharf and several other bars, shops and restaurants. Balcony off the main bedroom is perfect for sipping that morning tea or watching the sunset. Basement w/ storage for beach supplies. King bed in the main bedroom w/ a 55” smart tv. Queen/full bunk bed in the second bedroom. Sectional w/ pullout sleeper in the living room downstairs along with 65" smart tv. New appliances. Equipped with high speed WiFi and Amazon Alexa. No smoking.

Great place to stay a couple nights in Wildwood

We only had enough time to spend a couple nights in Wildwood, but this was a great place to stay. Matt answered all of our questions quickly. This is back from the boardwalk, but it was an easy walk away. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was accurate to the listing. There hadn't been any issues with the property itself and the owner was quick with communications. We had a very enjoyable time!

Nice townhouse on quiet block in Wildwood!

Great place! Was easy to get in and out of and we had 2 parking places. Plus Matt was very attentive! Got us in early without us even asking! Pictures are what you get (nice and clean inside) and for the price SOOOOO MUCH BETTER than the Wildwood hotels! Few blocks from all the madness that Wildwood can be which was perfect for us (family of 4). Would definitely stay here again!

Great little spot for families

First off let me say that the communication was stellar with this property manager/owner. He was always available and kept us up to date on any issues or changes in advance. Space is well sized and has a recently renovated kitchen. The only downfall if any was that we hadn't had one bathroom amongst the four of us in a long time so we were not prepared. I believe that we were one of the first renters of this unit and found that there could be a few more kitchen essentials in the unit IE mixing bowl, salad bowl, additional utensils or kitchen towels but other than that it was a great value and terrific neighborhood especially since it was dog friendly both the unit itself as well as the neighborhood. Location was a 5-minute drive to parking for the beach and other centrally located activities as well as a 5-minute walk to well-established restaurants and eateries. Quiet unit in the back so we rarely if ever noticed outside noise.

Small, and not what I expected, but I guess it works

Cleanliness def. needs work. Opening the door, we were greeted with a "smell" that was moldy, musty, and gross. It remind me of what would happen if a young bachelor bought a stereotypical grandma's home and didn't know quite how to do the fixing up that was planned. Half the couch was missing, meaning that even the part there had cushions that slid. The floor was sticky. The outside trash was overflowing. We notified the owner of that, and the trash did seem to disappear, but I have no idea how, as I didn't hear anything about it. Communication was not great. There was no little binder of information or anything like we have become accustomed to. Walls were bare and scuffed. Very understocked. a handful or basics, but I think there were only like 4 sets of silverware. Luckily, there were only 4 of us. Maybe this will be better once they get things sorted out, find a good cleaning crew, etc. but I will not be staying here again.

area of property was located in a quite area. After a long day & night of fun and music, it was great to go to a place where everything was quite and able to fall asleep quickly.

Very accomadating

We had a great stay . The manager was easy to reach and very accomadating . The home was fully supplied with everything . Very clean . It was quiet which was nice .

Convenient location

Overall this condo was a good value in a convenient location. Short drive to the boardwalk/beach areas and within walking distance to some restaurants and a gas station. Matt was very responsive to all inquiries. I did take off some stars for cleanliness as the cleaners were overbooked the day we were due to check in so we had to clean up from the previous tenants.

Convenient

Good location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Just bring your toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap and your good to go.
