Things to Remember:

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Parking: There is street parking pass provided, which allows for free parking at metered spaces in Wildwood.

Comfort and Convenience:
This updated beach block condo offers a bright and functional space for families or small groups. The layout accommodates up to six guests with flexible sleeping arrangements.

The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day out and includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware for easy meal preparation.

Guests can enjoy meals at the dining area or step outside to the balcony or patio to take in the coastal air. The unit also includes air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

Prime Location: Located just steps from the beach and within minutes of the Wildwood boardwalk, you ll have easy access to dining, shops, and local attractions. Everything you need for a classic Jersey Shore experience is nearby.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.

Lives up to the pictures

This is a great place to stay with a family. The location is fantastic with quick access to the beach, a market, and the boardwalk. Everything you need is there! Great for a long weekend or week stay at the beach.

Beautiful property and location!

My son and I were there for the beach blast tournament and could not be happier with the everything. I will look to book again next year!

This rental was in the perfect location to be able to walk to the beach/boardwalk and to many restaurants and ice cream shops. The neighborhood was quiet, could hear the upstairs neighbors but it wasn’t too bad. The house had everything we needed during our stay and my kids loved the bunk beds.

Beautiful home

We had a great time at this house. Perfect location being so close to the boardwalk/beach. House was cute and clean. Stayed with my wife and 18 month old. We all really enjoyed it and hope to be back.

Modern condo

Our stay was great and the property seems brand new. State of the art kitchen appliances, equipped with all you will need. Modern AC units and bathroom fixtures. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

Very clean and beautifully done. Only drawbacks were parking not always available in the block and couldn’t seat more then 3 people on sofa in living room and you had to look to the left too see it while being seated other then those minor issues we would definitely recommend.

Wildwood NJ Property

The unit was nice and clean and it worked well for the 4 night stay. My only complaint was the management of the cleaning staff, as they were not done at the 3:00 arrival time on Thursday 8/3 and arrived at 9:50am on Monday 8/7 when checkout time was 10am. We were still loading the car and felt pressured to rush. The cleaning woman was rude to my daughter when we arrived on 8/3 saying she wasn’t finished even though it was 3:10 when she pulled in the driveway to unload.

Hi Mark, Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review, and we're happy to see your feedback about the condo being clean and that it worked well for your 4 night stay. We know our cleaners finished up a few minutes late on your arrival date, and we apologize about this, as it's certainly not up to our standards. It's the only time this summer when our cleaners were running a few minutes late here, and we're making sure it won't happen again in the future. Regarding your departure, our cleaners said they arrived about 5-10 minutes early, but did not enter the condo or pressure you to leave. However, we understand our cleaners should not be arriving at the property until after 10:00am. Again, we apologize about any inconvenience you experienced from our cleaners wrapping up a few minutes late upon your arrival and coming a few minutes early on your departure date. Please understand we've addressed this with our cleaners and will make sure this doesn't happen in the future. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us for your vacation this summer, and we hope you stay here or at one of our other properties again in the future. Thank you, Experience Vacation Rentals

The condo was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very close to the boardwalk, and easy for my husband to navigate with his walker. The host was excellent with communication and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again!
