Wonderful Stay!

We loved our time here at the lake! The house was incredible and fit our family perfectly with space to spare. The patio and lake access was unbeatable! The beds were comfortable and everything was well appointed. We had dinner reservations one night but chose to stay at the house because it was just the best view from the patio. We would love to stay there again!!

The beach and the dock can’t be beat, but the house really needed a deep cleaning. Plenty of room for three families to enjoy the lake. Having to haul off garbage is a little inconvenient but overall, we were happy with the house.

Beautiful place

I had one complaint none of the plugs for the pool table is in the bedrooms worked the lights worked but the plugs didn’t I can charge my phones was weird it’s like only one or two plugs were working and all the rest were like either flipped off or something

Great House Poor Property Management

This house is a nice house that needs maintenance. It's four stories and elevator didn't work but we were not told that until the day before arrival. Also very dirty when we arrived.

Hello Gene, we are sorry you feel this way. We did our best with the elevator and we didn't notify you up until your arrival as the maintenance company stated they would have it fixed prior to your arrival but then it was beyond their control. The elevator did work for 3 stories. On the house being messy we have never had this complaint before and we can assure you our cleaner is top notch. The owner did accommodate your late request for coming one day later by giving you half a days refund which they didn't have to do.

Great house for a big family vacation! The location is fantastic - on the water and 25 minutes from downtown. Plenty of rooms and beds so everyone had a private space. The common areas were great for hanging out, letting g the kids watch movies, shooting pool, fishing off the dock (we caught some good sized fish!) or just gathering and talking. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking tools (pans, silverware, knives, etc). The elevator made it convenient for a couple of our family that have bad knees. The rest of us used the stairs a lot - it’s got 4-stories so you’ll get a leg workout during your stay! Check in and check out was easy.While we did have an issue with the plumbing, the host was very responsive and called multiple plumbers until one could come out and resolve it. The filter for the pump that supplies the house with water was clogged and they got it completely fixed within 20 hours of us texting them (we first texted at 9p on a Wednesday).We chartered a wakesurfing boat to take us out for a day. With the dock, he was able to meet us at the house, take a handful of us out and then pop back to swap out people. It helped us get even more enjoyment and value from that rental. Another day, we rented a pontoon and it made it easy to get it from downtown to the house (15 min. boat ride), load up and go, come back for lunch and a rider swap, then go back out. The dock also makes for a nice and contained floating area that gets protection from passing boat wake.

Great place on the lake

This home is very friendly for families and large parties. Access to the lake is great. It’s located on a calm section of the lake, just a short boat ride to multiple restaurants and downtown . All of our water accessories were delivered right to the property and picked up when we’re done with them. Being 4 stories high with an elevator it’s perfect for allowing family or friends to share as much time as desired with one another, and separation as needed. Excellent outdoor area on the lake side with lots of room to play on the grass, eat outside and sit around the fire ring.

This Is a very large multi house with lots of space. Setting is beautiful, right on the water. All equipped with everything you need!
