Under the house, a covered area provides fantastic amenities: an outdoor shower, half bath, clean-up station with sink, picnic table, swing, and a laundry room—everything you need after a day on the water. A great little game room in the basement adds to the fun.
The spacious front deck includes a gas grill, perfect for outdoor meals.
