Lei Lani 504 is a newly renovated interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 2 King beds and sofa sleeper in living room. The master bath has a walk-in shower and guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The condo has fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The unit is approximately 949 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area and the master bedroom. The condo boasts beautiful decor throughout and all the modern touches you are used to at home. USB charging stations in kitchen and both bedrooms, Alexa in the Kitchen and smart TV's in living room and bedroom. The kitchen has a Keurig and Instant Pot.

Lei Lani Towers is a gulf-front property in Orange Beach, Alabama. Lei Lani has an outdoor and indoor pool as well as bbq area and there is a tennis court and pier access across street. 2 car limit; 21 year age limit

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great Condo but Smelled Like Cigarettes

Reviewer Comments: We were excited to stay at the Lei Lani again this year as we have stayed here for almost 10 years since it is our favorite condo and location due to being less crowded.This year, we decided to get a 2-bedroom due to my 2-year-old being big enough to sleep in a bed alone.Upon arrival, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke outside of the door and were hit by a wall of the smell when we entered. I immediately contacted the management company who reached out to help find a solution. Our first option was to move to a different condo, which we were open to until we discovered that the closest condo was in Gulf Shores. The second option was to have maintenance come spray and leave an ozone machine to clear the smell. We chose the second option as we wanted to stay at the Lei Lani, as we had planned and paid for.Maintenance arrived and he was very rude. He stated he could not smell any smoke even after we pointed out that the guest room was even worse than the entryway. He again stated that he didn't smell anything and it was just "old condo smell" even though we’ve never experienced that in our many years of stays. He left an ozone machine and we ran it every time we left. The smell would be gone for a few hours but then it would come back. We eventually had to move my 2-year-old into the master bedroom with my husband and myself as the smell was starting to make him sick. We had to shut off the second bedroom completely but the smell still leached out. It eventually resulted in an urgent care visit requiring breathing treatments for my son, but yet according to maintenance, "there was no smoke smell."While the management company did provide us with options, we didn't feel it was right to ask us to move to Gulf Shores to be able to enjoy our stay due to something that wasn’t our fault.Overall, the condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly well-stocked. Outside of the smoke smell, we would absolutely recommend it to future visi

Great spot!

We had a great time at this location. So close to the beach. You can enjoy time out on the beach or just sit on the deck/balcony and watch everything. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day!

Beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our group of four ladies on a girls’ trip. Wonderful balcony right on the beach. We saw dolphins almost every day. Very clean accommodations, nice kitchen set up. Indoor heated pool, and outdoor pool. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We left a day early only because my husband and I both have terrible allergies. We figured out that it was coming from the mold in the A/C closet. Besides that, the condo was very nicely renovated and very clean. It had everything needed for the kitchen. The building itself could use some TLC as it is very old. None of this stops of from having a great time. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. I would suggest taking a look at the mold issue.

Beautiful condo- the beach was incredible!! Very comfortable overall- would like softer bath towels and a few more kitchen utensils- ( spatula and a toaster that works)- also you only get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 paper towel roll- so bring extra!

AMAZING Views!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was even more beautiful in person, immaculate and very cozy. The oceanfront views were breathtaking. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable family getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Lovely location, nicely appointed condo

The place is very cute and comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the convenience to get around is unbeatable. Nice TVs in all main rooms. Only a couple issues. The tub in the guest bath drains SOOO SLOWLY. If you don't shower quickly, you're up to your ankles in dirty water. Another thing that was a little yucky was the countertops were sticky and the bowls had food residue on two of them. Overall, a nice place and the patio and beds are amazing.
