This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The direct access to the pool was perfect for our two 5 year olds and getting to the beach was a breeze. I will be staying here again next year. The only complaint, if you could even call it that, is that I wish I had known about needing to pay for the beach chairs & umbrella. It wasn’t an issue but I would’ve like to have known beforehand. There isn’t much of a beach view if that’s important to you, but the direct access to the pool is the trade off. Perdido Key is a hidden gem and this condo made our vacation one we will always remember.

Family beach vacation

Loved the condo was exactly as described on the listing. Very short walk to the beach which was wonderful for our small kids. The walk in pool was also wonderful for our small kids.

Great vacation1

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaspray West 105! The location could not be beat especially since my husband is in a wheelchair and could just sit by the pool at the unit we were staying in! We loved not having to use the elevators at all! The furnishings were nice and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future!!!

Great place

Large open space across the beach side with wonderful direct access to pool, and beach views. Renovated space, good bathrooms, etc. Made it easy to keep up with two small children and for everyone to enjoy the pool and the beach and the condo. Just a few minor maintenance items to keep up with; and we will stay here again given the opportunity.

Don’t stay

We only stayed 1 night luxury it is not , worn it beds , heating hit and miss. Fridge freezer so noisy , had to turn off power at night . Why would you put cheap foam on a mattress that already has a built in topper . Cheap trick to cover up worn out beds , small bedroom next door to plant room so noisy all the time . Don’t bother

Girls Weekend

We had 6 girls stay for a weekend. Unfortunately it rained so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or pool very much but we did enjoy the company. Very close to Florabama. This may not be an issue with everyone but they only allow 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars coming from different locations and they would not waiver to give us a 3rd parking pass even though the parking lot was half empty the entire time. We were told the car could be towed if we left it there. When you call you get someone that is not located there and unfamiliar with area. Great place for a family to enjoy the pool and beach!

The parking passes are regulated by the property and we, unfortunately, must obey by their rules. I am unsure of you who spoke to, but the small staff at Luxury Coastal are based out of our office on Perdido Key and are extremely well versed in the area as we are all locals.
