Located in Beach Manor Tops’l gated resort. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home offers amazing views of the beach and ocean
A few of the amenities include covered parking, shared pool, shared hot tub, exercise room, free WiFi, full kitchen, Washer/dryer is located in the condo. Two restaurants are located on property including a beach front restaurant/bar. Located minutes from Grand Boulevard for a fabulous shopping and dining experience No access to tennis courts .

Amazing condo

This place is truly so perfect. The view is a side view of the beach but you also see the lush greenery of the area. The beach wraps around here so you do see the beach all the way down. The Decor is so perfect and the sofa is not a sleeper but is high quality. The recliners are great and one os even an electric to help those who need it. You will not be disappointed for booking this unit. We so enjoyed our vacation. Diann responded very quickly if you are to need anything. She is the best! The beach here is beautiful and it wasn’t crowded at all we stayed the first week in august. Amazing condo!!

Quiet gem

I’d like to write a poor review so that nobody else would learn of this gem. The Beach Manor is a quiet retreat in a popular beach destination. We loved that we could walk the beach and it feels like it is your very own private beach. The community is well maintained and has a very friendly staff. Pros: Great private location, size and space of the unit, layout of the unit made for easy family time while cooking in, bathrooms nicely updated, private parking garage makes it easy and quick elevators, have shopping carts to help with unloading which made it so nice to maneuver, access to the beach was terrific, sound proof, and overall cleanliness. Cons: Two bedrooms with only 2 beds (guest bed is a small queen and not much room on the floor - so made it hard for my 2 teenagers - one had to sleep on couch and it is small for a bed), beds are very firm, small but well appointed kitchen - missing a cabinet (currently being replaced) and required us to have a lot of our food on counters limiting space, no access to the MANY tennis courts and pickle ball courts (owner has to pay for membership in order for you to use), and small balcony. I received some slow responses from the owner and didn’t know that there was no blender and no access to tennis/pickle ball courts, so hoping this will help others. My boys were disappointed and we couldn’t even pay for the week. There is a basketball court and putt putt that are able to be used on property. All in all, we had a terrific visit and loved our time at this unit.

Best view on the Gulf Coast

Five Stars!!! The amazing view of the Gulf, easy check-in process, amenities, and cleanliness really set the bar high. 703 exceeded my expectations and I will be booking this property again for our future visit.
