"Deja Blue" is a must-see Gorgeous Beach View condo, in The Summit at Tops'l, Miramar Beach. Enjoy Summit's Resort Pool and Hot Tub, and of course, the best Beach in the world, just a quick 3-minute walk from Deja Blue.

*Kitchen overlooks the living room and balcony — enjoy views while cooking
*Brand new, expansive countertops allow for easy conversation while prepping meals
*Spacious, well-lit kitchen stocked with all essentials for cooking and serving meals
*Oversized kitchen island with seating for 6
*Gather around the large Smart TV or unwind on the balcony after meals
*Stunning views from the condo and balcony
*Master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom
*Guest bedroom has two queen beds and a TV
*Living room includes a queen sleeper sofa
*Guests have access to basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf at the Tides (Equipment for games can be picked up at the Tides office)

Reserve as a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo
Or combine with the adjoining studio for a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit
The adjoining door is heavy-duty and securely locked when booked separately

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We enjoyed our visit at this condo. The condo was exactly as pictured. We had a small issue and it was taken care of quickly. We would definitely recommend this condo in Summit at Tops’l resort.

This unit is exquisite. Exactly as presented in the photos. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view is outstanding. Plenty of parking.

Love the view

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment because it fulfills all our requirements. Close enough to walk to the beach but also has a little tram to transport us to and from the beach. Love the area and the park next to the building. Love the location, close to malls, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment is nice and had everything we needed.

Nice and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful! The kitchen and living area was perfectly spacious for us. The beds were very soft and comfy... if you like a firm bed I would not recommend, but this was perfect for. UsMy only suggestion would be to get new furniture for the balcony. There was only one chair and we typically like to be able to relax out there as a family. It was overlooking the pool and hot tub so convenient for that! The beach was a little further of a walk than we typically like but it was pretty, shaded, and the shuttles are regular so we rode that back and that was a highlight for my daughter. Overall clean and great , we’d stay again !

The resort in general is well kept and felt safe. Loved the beach and the pools. Checking in and out was easy. We did have a plumbing issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Perfect Vacation Rental

We vacation a lot as a family and this condo was absolutely perfect. This modern condo had all the amenities that we were are use to and looking for as a rental. I have high standards when booking and this place checked all the boxes. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo check in was super easy with the app download and check in process. The pool and hot tub were really nice their were two beach chairs also. The walk to the beach was a 5-7min easy walk. The only recommendation would be to buy grilling tools and platters.

Great Location, Very Clean and Excellent Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were blown away by the cleanliness and brightness of the condo. It's beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The views of the ocean and Topsail Hill Reserve State Park were amazing. The TOPS'L Resort is very nice with all the amenities you'd expect (tennis courts, pickle ball courts, exercise rooms, and even miniature golf). It's an extremely clean and secure resort and well manicured/landscaped throughout. The Summit is only a short 5 minute walk to Miramar Beach with nice paved sidewalks to/from the condo. The Summit Pool and Spa were very clean and offered a nice break from the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! One final note, there is an attached studio apartment (locked door in between) that we did NOT rent out, but there were other guests staying there during our stay. We could occasionally overhear them through the door and I'm sure they could also hear us. Next time, we'll invite more people with us and rent out the studio apartment as well.

Amazing Condo & Location

This was our first time vacationing in Florida. We booked this condo for 7 days and it was amazing! The condo looked newly renovated and had an amazing view that overlooked the property pool. You could also see the Gulf from the balcony. Everything needed was already there including extra towels which we were happy to see since we were told to bring some in the original booking as they weren’t provided. The location was perfect! Just east of Destin and the dense traffic but close enough where drive time wasn’t terrible. We loved that the condo was located in the Tops’l resort. We did have to contact management when one of the electric operated shades wouldn’t work and they were very quick to respond and sent a maintenance person out to fix it the following day. We didn’t expect for someone to come right away and just wanted to let management know so we weren’t charged for damages but they sent someone to check it out anyways which was nice of them. A very quiet and safe community. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk. There was a restaurant just off the beach that is available to those staying at Tops’l but we were sad to see they only accepted credit card and it was almost impossible to get an open table. Would be beneficial for them to accept cash as well. The property appeared well maintained however one night on our walk down to the pool my 4 year old daughter and I spotted a rat near the elevators. The elevators could use some maintenance. Most of the time only 2 of the 3 worked and there were always issues with the middle one but we never had to wait longer than a few seconds for one. I would definitely recommend this condo and we would definitely book this same condo again in the future!!

This was my 4th straight April staying in this awesome condo! The hosts do a great job making sure everything is clean and ready to go. The communication through the entire process is excellent. Looking forward to next year already.
