This 1,080-square-foot home plus a screened porch features a custom-built living room table, a desk and table in the bunk room for remote work, and a table, chairs, and benches from reclaimed wood in the dining room. Enjoy easy beach access and gorgeous views overlooking a tranquil lagoon from the spacious rear deck with a picnic bench overlooking the water. A fishing pier is also present for those who want to spend mellow days casting a line. Whether you enjoy birdwatching, crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just a spectacular view of Edisto's beauty, the vantage points from this home are sure to wow guests of all ages.

A bright interior will remind you that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a new Bosch dishwasher, and a layout that opens to the dining/living area, allowing you to laugh about your day at the beach. The chef in your group prepares a Lowcountry feast. Internet access and a TV will keep you entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Spend your evenings on the spacious, screened porch equipped with rocking chairs and a porch swing that will have you relaxing in true Southern style. The surrounding palm trees ensure you and your guests have the privacy they desire.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
