The front bedroom has a king-size bed, a 43" smart TV, and private full bath with double sinks. There is also a sliding glass door allowing you to access the large balcony.

The rear bedroom is spacious and also has a king-size bed with a 43" smart TV, and private full bath.

Your kids will enjoy the private bunk room with twin bunk beds and their own smart TV. There is a 1/2-bathroom just down the hall.

Open concept living room with nine-foot ceilings and a 65” smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper if needed.

The kitchen features granite countertops with stainless appliances. A Keurig allows you to brew an entire pot or k-cups for single use. Pots, pans, dishes, Ninja blender, and more are provided for any cooking you want to do.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

There is one reserved parking space and additional parking can be found in any of the unreserved spots throughout the garage. Two parking passes are included.

Shores of Panama is a 23 story Tuscany style condominium with a massive zero entry lagoon-style pool and large hot tub. There is also a beautiful indoor heated pool and hot tub for those rainy days or when you need a break from the sun. You have access to a modern gym with updated fitness equipment. There are two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner. Beach activities and rental services are available. Wal-Mart is within walking distance for pickup or schedule a delivery. Pineapple Willy's is right next door and other restaurants are within walking distance.

The unit was very nice and beautiful views on the 22nd floor. the kitchen could use a few more supplies such as a pizza cutter and maybe some more knives for cooking. The beach was great but the pools were not so great. The water was very cloudy and dirty. The food service by the pool was also not so great. No napkins or utensils or courteous employees working it. We had read in previous reviews about long waits at the elevators but we had no problem with them even on the 22nd floor. Pineapple Willys next door was a great place to eat! I recommend doing a catamaran sunset cruise, it was great!

Great Family Vacation!

The condo was perfect for my family (4 adults and 3 kids), we had space to hang out and relax in the condo when we weren’t at the pool or beach. The pool is massive and the food at the little hut was honestly top tier. Drinks from the tiki bar were also delish and it was so nice having that all right there when vacationing with little kids. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing family getaway

Such a nice little place for our family to call home for a couple of weeks. The view from such a high balcony was amazing. And you felt secluded and away from all the extra noise. The host was so quick to respond and ensure we had a fabulous experience. Great recommendations for restaurants and tips around the city.

The most gorgeous sunsets

Enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful beach from the balcony. The unit was in the perfect location. My only concern was that it seamed like the cleaning was not completed. Floors, counters and sinks were dirty. Furniture had gross food dried up in various furniture pieces. We did some semi deep cleaning before we unpacked and enjoyed our stay!

Mother/Daughters/Granddaughters Trip 2023

Enjoyed time with my girls. This rental was perfect for our needs. The host was quick to respond. Only 1 complaint..Ice maker didn’t work but we were told ahead of time. Ice machine at condo didn’t have ice when we needed it, but the store was a short walk. Next complaint has nothing to do with this rental… there was too much weed being smoked around the complex and it stunk. Wasn’t crazy about the grand babies having to smell it so much. We would stay here again. It was worth the money spent, especially for the memories with my girls.

One of the best rentals I ever had

First, the owner is absolutely amazing. I made a mistake on my end with the dates and she swiftly accommodated me with no problem. Also, her communication was amazing. She went above and beyond, even giving me restaurant recommendations. I checked in behind someone who didn’t know about the real sort fee, but she made sure we knew all of this prior to arriving. The group in front of me were very angry as they did not know. Anyway, the views and access to the beach were above any I have ever had. The rental was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Two of the nights, people were very nosy and the beds were not the most comfortable, but were tolerable. Accessible to everything. Walmart tight down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Great price. Bigger and nicer than expected. The location is the best. Right by Walmart, liquor store, and restaurants. Loved the on-site bar.

Beautiful Property

My children and I enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing and the condo is very comfortable. Kerry was great and was able to help me with some trouble we had with parking and the check-in process. Overall, we loved it!

Quick short stay

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral. This unit served our needs perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable. All questions were quickly answered. Check-in was simple. We did not use any amenities due to our trip and the weather. But, the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s was right one the beach, too! It did get pretty loud outside Friday and Saturday nights but you don’t hear anything either the sliding doors closed. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay here was great. The Condo was clean, and inviting. The owner was very communicative and provided all information on the property prior to check in. She even reached out to us to be sure everything went well with our arrival.

Great condo, horrible building and staff.

The condo itself was great. The beds were comfortable, and it has pretty much everything you need. It was fairly clean- there was still sand from the last occupants on the floor and the pod left for the dishwasher was busted which I can look past. However, the building that this condo is in is the WORST building I have ever stayed in! The staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. When I went to get our packet, the lady didn't even look up from her phone to check my reservation or ID. I just said the condo # and she handed it to me, anyone could have come and grabbed it. The condo is on the 22nd floor and all through the trip, multiple elevators were not working so at times, we were waiting 30 minutes to get down or up. Even when we would finally get one, we had to squeeze in with hot, sweaty strangers. And they have like 5 carts for check-in/check-out so good luck getting one or getting it on an elevator. The rules say that you are not allowed to reserve chairs at the pool, but people go down at the crack of dawn and put stuff on chairs so by the time you get down there, there are none. We were lucky to get one chair each day. You can't even have a drink within 4 feet of the pool so if you want to just chill in the pool with a cold one, you can't. They won't do anything about people reserving chairs, but the staff will walk around all day monitoring drinks. The pool staff is also extremely rude and clearly don't want to be there. Also, the parking garage is a nightmare! It's barely big enough for two cars so people are constantly having to stop and let people maneuver around them. The assigned spot was on the 11th floor so it would take us 20-30 minutes to get in and out. We just started taking an Uber if we went anywhere because it was so inconvenient to get in and out of the parking garage. And it's definitely a party hotel- there were people chanting, screaming, singing, playing music, etc. until about midnight every night. We didn't even feel safe there at night. I know a lot of this is out of the owner's control, but I feel like it needs to be said because even though the condo was great, the experience there was horrible. I will NEVER go back to that building- the people and the building took the fun out of being at the beach.

Fabulous Friends & Memories

When we arrived at the condo, it was simply incredible. The view overlooking the ocean was stunning. The room(s) were perfect for me and my friends. We had tons of fun, and the owner was kind and courteous. She made sure we had everything we needed and/or wanted. It was very much appreciated.
