The Belmont is one of Cape Cod's most prestigious private communities, which offers the use of a private beach facing Nantucket Sound, a saltwater swimming pool (seasonal), private restaurant (summer season), 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, bocce courts, and fishing. There is no need to fight for beach parking when it is on the premises.

This is the place for those individuals who want to check their worries at the door and enjoy the salty air, amenities like the beach and pool, and all that the Cape has to offer.

This freshly painted light filled home is fully furnished and features large living room, separate dining area, gourmet kitchen, updated bathrooms (ensuite master), walk-in closet, and brand new king size and two twins mattresses.
