Polo Beach 305, with Spectacular Ocean Front Views! Located in the highly sought after beachfront stack. Take in an unforgettable sunset or views of Kaho'olawe, Molokini, and The West Maui Mountains!

As you enter Polo Beach Club 305, you will be drawn to the breathtaking views from this expansive lanai. Spend your days gazing at the beautiful Maui waters. Dine alfresco or lounge with your favorite book. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer seamless indoor/outdoor living.

The living area is open and welcoming. A great place to gather and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean or enjoy a movie. Complete with a sectional and a large flat-screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plate ware, and utensils, as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. A quaint breakfast nook allows for additional seating.

Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, a shower/tub combo, and plenty of closet space.

Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom. A full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

When you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Our favourite thing about this condo was the lanai. It’s very large and has an amazing ocean view. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s in a great location. We will be staying here on our next trip to Maui.

Polo Beach Club Experience

Overall this is a fantastic place to stay! However, our particular unit needs some work. The bathrooms were not clean. We cleaned the master bathroom toilet before we used it. Also, because of the age, both bathrooms had what looked like mold in the corners of the tub/showers and on the grout. The carpets were stained as well. I would absolutely come back but wouldn’t stay in that unit again.

We had a great time!

We loved our visit! The condo is really well-equipped and very comfortable. Having screens on the sliding doors was very welcome. The location is ideal and we really enjoyed walking on the coastal paved trail every day. Being able to walk to nearby resorts for dinner was also great.

Reviewer Comments: #305 was clean, comfortable with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas & towels we never used because the lanai was the best spot. Complaints: CB Island Vacations, LLC gave me incorrect information over the phone. Turns out the couch is a sleeper sofa and coffee maker is not a Keurig which would have helped food shopping on the way to the condo. Both sliding doors whistle in the afternoon winds so you may need earplugs for a nap. TV is easy to use & log into your apps. I brought my Echo for music. In the past, I have rented 4 different condos at Polo Beach Club and will happily do it again.

Wonderful week in Maui

The view was over the top. The small bathroom had grab bars in the shower and beside toilet. It was great for my slightly disabled wife. Loved having the washer and dryer. Our overall stay was outstanding.

Mould

We were aware that the property was a bit dated and also understand that mildew is a normal issue in Hawaii. (20+ visits) Mould however is a serious health issue and the dishwasher had layers inside of it. The utensil rack and the food trap were covered in black mould. My wife cleaned it to the best of her ability. We reported it and management simply said they "do everything we can to ensure that our units are clean and hygenic". I was afraid to check the AC vents if that is their level of care. We are unsure if this is an owner issue or Coldwell Banker's. (management company) We would not recommend this unit.

Maui magic - short stay during whale season

The view says it all - my wife barely moved off the patio during our whole stay - the whales were close to shore every day and the Maui weather in January was perfect. The unit faces west - so you can toast the sunset every day from the lanai! The unit is 2 bed / 2 bath with a good-sized living room and kitchen, and in-suite laundry. The building dates from the 1970s (as does the interior decor) - but we didn't spend much time inside as the beach was 50 feet away and there is a paved walkway from the park next door which leads all the way along the oceanfront towards Kihei past the major hotels / resorts at Wailea. Parking is secure underground with elevator access. Great location at the south end of Wailea - at the end of the hotel strip - adjacent to single family homes (gated estates).

This condo complex has spectacular views and a perfect beach. The grounds are well-maintained and lush.This particular unit however was rather disappointing. The condo itself is very dark. There are lamps but no overhead lighting. The bathrooms are the biggest downfall. They are dated and need work. There is peeling paint and discolored grout. The tubs are stained brown from years of sandy feet. The bedroom carpet (yes, carpet) was filthy, it really needs to be deep cleaned or just removed. I have photos of these things if anyone is interested.The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of beach chairs and lots of games. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable bed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would not rent this unit again unless it had a total renovation. It could be amazing.

Beautiful Getaway

Great location- right on the beach. Amazing views and rocked to sleep every night by the sound of waves. Unit has everything you need- is very clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great time!
