Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Remodeled August 2022, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Wailea, Maui. Step out onto your spacious lanai and gaze over the magnificent Wailea landscape that leads down to the beautiful blues of the Pacific Ocean below. Breathe in the fresh Maui air as the Trade Winds and scents of tropical flowers blow by. While inside Wailea Ekolu 504 you will find yourself in a beautifully remodeled, cozy, clean and comfortable home to spend your holiday while experiencing all that Maui has to offer. Enjoy the expansive grounds and on-site amenities along with convenient location to the many beaches, snorkel spots and attractions of Southshore Maui.

We couldn’t have picked a better location. The condo has amazing views with plenty of dining options and shopping within easy walking distance. Very safe area and miles of walking paths as well as a short walk to beaches. It’s probably the best equipped and provisioned condo we’ve ever rented. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back.

Wailea Escape

Probably our 20th trip to Maui and we have stayed in many places. Very clean and comfortable stay. Very quiet surroundings and well appointed. Great location within complex and short walk to the shops. Only addition I would make would be a beach umbrella. We will definitely book here again if it is available.

Overall this condo had a great view from the lanai and is located in a beautiful location. Close to several beaches and restaurants. The cleanliness could be improved, particularly with the towels and microwave. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for families.

The best!

This condo had it all. Gorgeous sunset views, all clean and new inside, beautifully decorated. The complex has two community pools and a spotless barbecue. Easy 15 minute downhill walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The view when you step in is breathtaking! Perfect for sitting out on the lanai drinking your morning coffee. This place was immaculate and well thought out. The accommodations were very comfortable. The check in/check out process was so easy and self explanatory. The pool was close and very nice. Cannot wait to come back!

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this unit! Firstly, the decor and cleanliness of the condo can’t be beat - it was spotless! Not to mention, the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, etc. Secondly, the location is perfection - there are multiple restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach, walking/jogging routes within minutes of unit. Another plus is the free parking which seems unheard of in the hotel world! I highly recommend booking here!

This is on top of the most considerate hosting service ever by Maui Paradise Properties group who stocked the condo with all the travel gear a family would want and need to enjoy a day on the beach.The living room and common areas are beautifully furnished and the bedrooms and baths are clean and spacious. This is a beautifully remodeled unit that will go a long ways in creating wonderful memories for anyone’s first or return trip to Maui.Kitchen is fully equipped for quick and easy preparations of meals and very clean.Thank you for letting us stay at this home and we look forward to revisiting the Wailea Ekolus someday!

Excellent Wailea Condo

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised and shown in pictures. The condo was well stocked (one of the best I've ever stayed at), clean and comfortable. The quiet split system AC made for restful nights and the ocean view is terrific. There were a couple of small maintenance items which were quickly addressed, and the management company was quickly and professionally responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing VRBO rental

This property is amazing. One of the best rentals I have stayed at in a long time. Everything is top notch and the owners didn’t skip a beat when updating this unit. Completely remodeled, Adorable beach inspired decor, beds were so comfortable. Place is quiet and cozy. Perfect for a family of 4. Would stay here again in a second. Made me want to purchase a place there. We absolutely loved it. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Wailea 2 BR condo

The condo was great. Second floor was quiet, location is excellent, condition overall was great, and the panoramic view was FABULOUS! Had a couple questions for the leasing agency and they responded quickly. A short walk to the Wailea shops and beach which we visited often. Highly recommend it!

Great 504 condo

Overall really enjoyed the stay …. Having rented in the Ekolu for over 40 years, 504 was one of the better ones. The silver ware & knives desperately needed cleaning & the bidet was difficult to use for our reasonable bodies ….. my wife is 5’6” & 133 lbs & I’m 5’9” 160 lbs but found it uncomfortable.

Peaceful, Nicely Remodeled, Conveniently Located Property with Beautiful View!

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at WE 504! The nicely remodeled and clean property had all of the amenities we were looking for and more. We loved the view of the ocean and sunset each day. The beds were comfortable and AC and fans worked great. The location was convenient as it was within 5-10min walking distance of several shops and restaurants we wanted to enjoy and short drive to the several nearby beautiful beaches (always able to find free parking any time of day). The property manager/company was very helpful and checked in on us periodically. We did not have any issues. It was a relaxing and pleasant vacation. We would definitely like to stay at the WE 504 again!
