Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

We had a great stay and the place was quaint and clean! Beautiful views of the beach and quick access to the beach. Communication was simply and quick.

Beach was difficult to get to because of sand bags all across the area we were in . Fridge needs new filter had flashing light saying it was overdue Mattress was terrible . Old lumpy not comfortable . Screen porch was dirty. cushions stained tables dirty . Never sat out there In fact we checked out a day early because just weren’t happy with our accommodations We wouldn’t stay here again . We should get a refund for the night we didn’t use . I called Sweetgrass but had no luck Disappointed about our short getaway

The property was peaceful and quiet with the right number of people for our liking. I’m sure during the summer months of June-August there is a lot bigger crowd. The beach was very nice and the water wasn’t too cold to get in. The downside we saw was our beach access from our building was quite a steep four foot drop that I would have to help my wife get up and down. The resort included an exercise room that we didn’t have a key or access to get in. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous stay!

The property was exactly as presented. It is decorated nicely and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view from the deck is underrated in the pics. The sunrises were awe inspiring and being just steps from the beach was definitely a plus. The grandbabies loved visiting.

Very nice property

This Condo was lovely. Decorated very well and so comfortable. Only downside was construction going on next door Saturday am and monday at 7 am. but this place was just as advertised. I’d stay there again.

Relaxation at its best!

Our third trip to IOP and our second time at Port O Call, great stay. Our condo was better than expected.Beautifully decorated. Waking up to sunrise was just a bonus. Enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return next year.

Very tastefully redone condo

The owner did a fantastic job redesigning the space. The larger kitchen and bathroom were much appreciated. Tastefully appointed and nice art work. We enjoyed the unit.

Beatiful place but we were not aware there was construction adjacent to our unit.

I wanted to give you a heads up that the construction noise at this property(201G Port O’Call) was very unexpected, starting around 6:30am and ends at 4:00pm. We rented this place to celebrate our anniversary and relax. Unfortunately, the construction woke us up every morning and we could not use the lovely sun room facing the ocean during those hours because the noise was so loud, drilling, hammering, etc … Please inform your upcoming customers of the construction and associated noise. We would not have rented this property if we had known about the construction and the price should be lowered accordingly. Also you could still hear construction on the beach. This definitely made our 30th anniversary not as enjoyable as we would of liked. The place was darling and clean otherwise.

Lacks Comfort

This condo is so pretty, but lacks comfort. The mattress is hard as a rock. The sheets are paper thin and barely fit the mattress. My husband said he felt like he was laying lower on the bed than me, that his side was "sagging". On our last day we realized that the bed frame was broken and that someone tried to fix it with 2x4's which made the bed un-level. The loveseat is okay, but the couch is broken. It squeaks with any movement. We have been coming to IOP for 11 years and have been so happy, this is the first time we left a night early because we could not handle how uncomfortable it was. The place was decorated nicely, but thats the only plus side of the room. Oh, be prepared to be woken up at 7am each weekday by the construction on the condo next to Port O Call.

Great location & view

Having stayed many times, in many different properties, in Wild Dunes (no better place!), this is one of the most updated and beautifully decorated units with a great beach view and short walk to enjoy the beach (and pool). Really comfortable for me and my adult daughter to enjoy a few days of R&R. Thank you!!

2nd Trip to IOP Wild Dunes

Port O’Call is a beautiful spot. Location is wonderful, gorgeous beach views. Pool was a great place for our daughter to make little friends. Very cool spot to stay with close & easy beach access. Definitely recommend & we will stay again. Thanks!

Beautifully decorated, no storage

Beautifully decorated condo. Beach view was obstructed by the condo next door that was under construction. Construction noise was also an issue. The bedroom had no storage, no dresser to unpack your suitcase. There was a small armoire that was full of linens. No place to hang up clothing. The only beach view was on the side balcony that was covered in construction dust. Not our favorite place.

Honest review

Property was nice, but there were a couple of things we weren’t happy about. There was construction all day right next to us that started early every day. No mention about that when booking. Also, the king bed squeaked every single time you moved in bed, which was annoying . And I mean, every single movement. The day bed in hallway wasn’t that comfy for the kids. I also had to wash towels every day since we were only given 3 white towels. There should be more towels, so you aren’t consistently washing towels on your vaca. Lastly, I am still waiting to hear, if anyone found my diamond cross necklace that most likely fell in the closet in the main bedroom.
