We also offer on the two lower floors in the same building the Cahino and Besugo apartments of the same standard but with 2 bedrooms each. If there are more of you, they can be rented simultaneously.



Ideal for up to 4 people, it offers an ideal setting and location to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life on foot and stroll from alley to alley. Everything is easily accessible, shops, restaurants, beaches, creeks, markets, ... Take advantage of the parking space available (Indigo Vieux Port car park 700m away) to forget your car during your stay.

This apartment offers a remarkable living pleasure with its zenithal ceiling in the living space, itself very bright with its 3 glazed doors giving access to a first terrace of 10m². The highlight is the roof top terrace of 30m² offering an exceptional sea view, an ideal place to enjoy a good barbecue.

The kitchen open to the living room is modern and very well equipped to cook good dishes for your loved ones.



You will have 2 sleeping areas available.

First of all, a nice bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to turn into a double bed of 160 x 200. This bedroom is equipped with two independent wardrobes.

In the living room, the sofa convertible into a double bed of 140 x 190 with a real mattress offers a good quality of sleeping.

All bedding is recent and of high quality. Bed linen and towels are hotel quality.

The shower room is independent, equipped with a wall-hung toilet and a washer-dryer.



Everything has been designed to allow you to recharge your batteries by the sea to the rhythm of the typical Provençal life offered by the city of La Ciotat.



You can also ask us for a cot and a high chair which we will provide you with free of charge.

Other notes

A parking space is available at the Indigo car park near the town hall. It is about 700 m from the apartment. You can park nearby to drop off your luggage.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

The apartment cannot be rented for parties or events.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator.

Check-in times: 4 p.m. -7 p.m., check-out time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the city of La Ciotat which can be walked quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink.

You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You will be able to easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel Park and Calanque, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, go hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...



Transport

You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.

The bus station is 260 m away, the SNCF train station is 4 km away and can be reached directly from the bus station by bus (line 40).

The Calanques of Figuerolles, Mugel and the Capucins beach are about 15 minutes' walk away.
